I've read all of the post, and totally disagree with all negative post. I think that I have the most valuable opinion since I have been receiving services from Spa West since 2006. I am a repeat customer, so much so that I go at least 3 to 4 times monthly. Nicole is very professional, courteous, and always willing to FIX any problems that may arise, but you have to be willing to fix it also. It takes two to tango, and if you bring attitude you won't get anything accomplished. Now, like I've said, I have been through it all at Spa West, and have been a loyal customer for years, and would recommend it to anyone reading this. My family and friends have enjoyed their services also.
The lockers are very easy to use, it's not rocket science, never had a locker that did not work...toiletries, facial lotion, hair dryer, etc. are always available-they are some my favorite Spa west products that I've purchase, and they're always available for use in the locker room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I'm never thirsty, because they always offer customers coffee, tea, or water. I usually help myself to water, because the staff may be busy at the time, and I drink a lot of water when I want to flush out toxins from their thorough spa services. There are bad services everywhere, no one place is consistent, but I can say that I have received nothing short of great services 98% of the time and you can take to the bank. The other 2% was worked out with Nicole, and doesn't exist at the present time. This Spa is the best in Cleveland, and I see a lot of the same customers all the time.
The lady with three year second degree burns...Really?? By the way your recollection equates to deep second degree burns...I have a problem with the length of time that lapsed ,and your return to the place that you were scarred at -after receiving no response. Your story doesn't add up. I would never return, I would have contacted a lawyer regarding deep second degree burns (blistering, infection) immediately, and asked for my refund in my lawsuit. Come on now, Really? Why lay there and take the agony with out saying something. The heat that causes second degree burns, would also cause a quick response from a therapist to respond to your reaction from contact. I got a hot stone over seas, and immediately told the therapists the stones were too hot after a body test, she made adjustments from there- I'm very particular about anything that comes in contact with my body.
