The pedicure chairs were stained, and the gel lamps looked like they hadn't been wiped in a while. They also don't use name-brand products. The pedicure itself was decent, though they didn't remove all the dry skin. I had my dip nails soaked off, and my nails and skin felt rough afterward. The process took quite a while because they don't do hands and feet at the same time. I ended up just getting a regular manicure instead of dip because of the time. Overall, the technician did a nice job on my nails, but the cleanliness and efficiency could definitely be improved.

We then had to wait for an hour before getting started I was getting dip and had to have old dip removed. He had me soak it in a bowl of acetone and rub it off myself. The dip dissolved and coated my hands in acetone. I was annoyed because it was messy and if I wanted to remove it myself I would've done that at home. He missed going edge to edge on the manicure so it looks messy. The dip also started chipping within 3 days. The pedicure started chipping in a day. To be fair, we could've asked them to redo. But I don't think their skill level is very high and at that point we had been there 3.5 hours for basic mani/pedis. I was not confident in their skills to get it right in the end and didn't want to be there anymore. Waste of money and time. Total was almost a $100 for something that last a few days.

My boyfriends feet were started first and finished before someone came over to start mine. Nails weren't rounded per request and paint job is splotchy and not covering the nail. I will say my feet are soft but if your looking to have quality time with someone I wouldn't count getting your feet done at the same time and I wouldn't count on a solid set of painted toe nails. We were told that because my appointment was made in person and hers was booked online, only mine was actually scheduled. Even though she had a confirmation email, it didn't matter. I understand that mistakes happen, but we drove out of our way to be there, and the way the situation was handled felt less than ideal. Not handled well at all.
