Been going here forever. Been going to Kelly for a period of time until a couple days ago. What a mess. The newly applied gel nails are lumpy and extremely inconsistent along the cuticle. The polish is sloppy and does not cover the entire nail. IDK why they were busy, because the quality is terrible. I will never go back. read more

Pedicure. Went for pedicure. The tech was rushing and turned water on. It was so hot it burned the top of my feet. I ended up going to my MD. It was painful. this nail place is so stupid I'm 12 years old and i went in there for my first acrylic set and when they sat me down and glued on my nail's my ring finger nail is crooked and she did nothing about it. when she was adding on the polish for my French tip there was a hair on my pinky nail and i told her and she said that the top coat would cover it and yet here i am with a crooked nail and a hair in my pinky nail and they were verry sloppy my nails are so thick and they all are uneven i wanted them shorter but when she was doing the length and she asked me how long i told her i wanted them a little shorter and she moved the scissors barley and cut them and they were still wat too long for me. when they put me on the dryer to dry my nails the let me sit there for 25 min and i had to get there attention so i could go!! This place is crazzyyy!! DO NOT GO. they do not know how to do desighns its redicoulis!!! read more

I have been coming here for YEARS.. i have gone to other salons and it's never been as good as Le Nails! this place is underrated! the price, the quality of my nails and durability of them too! I came here to have my acrylic nails soaked off. After telling them I didn't want them "popped off" the tech continued to do so even when I was telling her it hurt. This picture was the result of one of my nails..then she finally decided to soak them (which I asked to do in the beginning). How can you know how to put acrylic nails on but not know how to take them off? Plus I am pregnant and am afraid of infection now. Terrible job and no excuse for this to happen! read more

I had to wait almost an hour for terrible service! I had asked for dark red valentine's day nails with a reference picture, and did NOT get what I wanted. The ombré accent nail is trashy, the shape is disgustingly ugly, and my waxed eyebrows ended up taking the skin off too! My mother and I went to make a complaint, and the nail tech was extremely defensive and rude!!!! I spent $80 of my hard earned money here and I've never been more disappointed. The nails aren't even the same length on each hand!!!! Nail tech was quick to react and was extremely unpleasant. Please save yourself!!! read more

Why this place has such bad reviews is baffling to me. Gel nails are $35 each, which includes taking the color off. It's been a nightmare trying to find a good nail place in Cleveland. I've been calling and calling and no one would pick up their calls- maybe because my area code is not from here- but still. My glitter nails were done by Kim- so sweet. My mom's pink pastel nails were done by Helen. I'll be back for sure. read more

I had a good experience at this salon today. I got the deluxe mani pedi and I am so pleased. Yen was so sweet and positive during my visit. I was embarrassed at how beat up my feet and hands were... I kinda I let them go all winter. Yen made me feel so comfortable and I thank her for encouraging me to pick a bright color instead of the drab tones I feel suit me. I have been a DIY nail polish lady all my life but Yen and the nice people working at and visiting this salon have changed my mind. Thank you for a wonderful experience. read more

I have been a customer of this nail salon for almost 9yrs. Lily has been my nail tech and she does a wonderful job on my nails. Way expensive, but a very good job on a mani-pedi. My friend treated me to a mani-pedi and it was $70pp which in my opinion is kind of expensive. They did a really good job tho and it lasted a long time. It was a $15 up charge for shellac, but it did last through a lot of cleaning - 4 weeks! Definitely worth the up charge :) read more

I've been going to Le Nails in the Strongsville Mall for 6 months with my best friend. I always get my acrylic nails filled and polished with the gel shellac nail polish. Everything there has always been wonderful. Until today (5/28/13). I was at station 13, male nail tech. I don't remember his name but it was Ye, Te or Tu. he wasnt friendly and when I tried to make conversation, he replied with short answers or nothing at all. I wanted the tips rounded but he gave me square ones. But the worst part is when it comes to the payment. The subtotal for everything was $35, which I expected because it's always that amount. So he said $35 plus tax, which I also expected. When they take credit or debit card payments, their system doesn't allow you to make a tip out on the receipt to take from your card, so it's always good to bring cash for a tip. I had forgotten, so I told him after we leave, I need to go to the ATM so I can grab his tip and I'd be back. He was snotty and said "I don't need money. I don't work for money, I work for fun." Wow. He walked away to process my payment. The total sale amount on the receipt that I signed was for $37.71. I signed it and thanked him. I am always very aware of what money is coming in and out of my account, so I checked my account I used with the app on my phone. Le Nails charge on 5/28 was $45.25 even though the full amount I signed for was $37.71. I went back to Le Nails without taking a tip out of the ATM. I asked to speak to the manager which was a different guy. He was working on another lady so I did apologize for the interruption. I showed him the receipt with $37.71 and I showed him the amount on my phone that was charged. I told him that I was coming back to give him a tip but I checked my account and that amount was charged. I know from going there so much that their credit card machine makes them manually enter the amount of the sale, so it wasnt an error. He had to have entered in the amount himself. The manager tried to tell me that it wasnt on their end, but that my bank would be the one to refund me...that it would correct itself. So he went to the front desk to find their copy of my signed receipt. My receipt wasn't up there. So he went to the guy's station. And what did he find? My signed receipt at HIS station. Seems a little fishy. As if he kept it there and entered the higher amount to pocket the difference as a tip. I told the manager that it wasn't my bank's mistake to correct. Neither of them apologized. I told them I'd be back if it wasnt resolved. It's not a huge amount, but the nail tech took money from me. It is very shady and unprofessional and the manager should have been on my side since I go there at least once a month, which I reminded him. It's very unfortunate becaause I enjoyed going there until this happened. Please be sure to check your transaction history with them because who knows if this isn't the first time it has happened. -Very disappointed, paying customer read more

Friendly, but very poor services. I got a full set. I had nail glue all over my fingers. My skin was sticking to them, the lady jammed in a nail file to fix it. I kept asking her to be gentle. Don't know why I stayed to be honest. Nails were uneven, and crooked(she said it was my fingers) bubbles under top gel coat, and poor finish work. Terrible! read more

I got a gel manicure and pedicure here and picked the same color for my toes and hands, but since they dont do gel pedicures on toes the color ended up being a little darker on my toes than my hands, so beware of that. I went with a friend of mine on a Friday and we were taken immediately. They were very clean and I had a very nice girl that did a great job with not hurting or tickling me. The guy my friend got was a little flirtatious, to say the least, which was a little strange because we were actually talking about her boyfriend quite a bit. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm going to go back. read more

Awful awful experience. My technician couldn't get one of my hands to dry and she cut me with the drill multiple times, leaving my nails looking ugly and raw. Very poor service and terrible quality and abominable customer service. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I got a full set on 11/10/19 had to call 11/14/19 to tell them my nails were lifting. Went back on 11/17/19 to get "fixed" by 11/20/19 3 fell off and one is lifting and they will not redo my nails. Meanwhile I had to have two different people do my full set the first time bc the first guy wasn't doing them right telling me "your nail just like that" we all know what I mean. For the price that they charge youthey should guarantee their service for 14 days as they say. I have never had 3 nails fall off before the time of a fill. The lady that fixed them told me I'm not blind there's nothing wrong with your nails. When they were clearly lifting and getting stuck in my hair. I recommend that you do not go here for the price they charge and don't stand by their service.totally not worth it and a waste of my money and time. read more

this nail salon is the WORST! Save your time and money , and find anther salon. While i was waiting to get my full set , I was looking at the colors and while looking the woman who works there took my colors away and gave them to anthor lady to look at ! How rude , I wasn't finished!! Anyway, they would always tend to hurt me while doing my full sets , they scratch to hard and would draw blood. Beware of the pricing they advertise it's not correct. They say 35$ full set , but it usually comes to 50. Overall terrible salon read more

" Le Nails" is by far the very best Nail Salon/Spa you would ever go to! The staff are known to treat customers like royalty. They are kind, polite, friendly and caring. Regardless of who you are, whether it is your first visit to their salon or whether you have been there many times, they treat you with the same respect and kindness. They're also very courteous of asking you if you would like something to drink, such as coffee. Everyone is always in a cheerful mood and have a smile on their face. I personally have been a customer of Jacquie's for 14 years. She is the store owner. At times if I were to come and she happened to be on vacation and I had to see anyone else, everyone is so pleasant and nice and they made sure to make me feel right at home. I just absolutely love this place and highly recommend it for anyone looking for the right nail salon. read more

Went here today for pedicures and they were great! Accommodating, and so friendly! It was also so clean and they offer alcohol for purchase.

Had a pedicure last weekend. My nails look horrible. Uneven and chipping. My heals are rough and like I never got a pedi. The girl who did it seemed ticked that I didn't want to upgrade to the more expensive one and clearly didn't care when doing mine. The staff also repeatedly commented that the owner had left for the day because they had been slow. Big mistake by the owner since he clearly can't rely on his staff when gone. Very disappointed. I should have waited for the salon I normally go to but I couldn't get in. Waste of money, don't bother going here. read more

I went to Le Nails with a bridal party of four girls last minute and they accommodated us right away. Everyone was really nice and looks great! I'd definitely return as long as my manicure lasts well. They use gelish and opi GelColor for Shellac manicures, which I like over other brands. The only issue was that they didn't have enough regular opi polish color selection. I don't mind bringing my own colors in though. Give them a try! read more

Brought my daughters in to get their nails done. Staff took great care of them and the nails looks great. The girls had fun, too!

This place was horrible. He messed up my nails and tried to fix it in which it looked like a toddler did them. I paid full price for them which was ridiculous. My cuticles are the same after I got a manicure as they were before. The guy my sister had was very disrespectful and made fun of her life. He brought up finances, looks, and attitude. He was extremely rude and he didn't even know anything about her. If there was an option not to give this establishment a star, I wouldn't. read more

I went to get a pedicure last night and woke up to a swollen toe and pain in my toe. I called and spoke to the manager, but he refuses to do anything about it. He says if there isn't blood on your toe then you weren't cut and therefore cannot be infected. And they refuse to give a refund since the service was already performed. Btw, I paid 45 bucks, plus tip, for the better pedicure. And I also never got the drink of water that was offered to me. Do you want the same thing to happen? Find another salon. read more

Horrible service. Very rude and not sociable at all. The girl that did my fill-ins asked me how I was and didn't say another word to me until she told me to pay- which she charged me an extra $5 because I asked her to shorten them a little. The guy that ran the front was very rude to the customers and even laughed at a woman when she asked a question. 3 girls came in at 7:30 and signed up for a pedicure and manicure and they waited an hour and 15 minutes and they told them that they couldn't have both and had to choose either or because they were closing. Meanwhile, they were letting all of their employees leave with 6+ people waiting over 30 minutes. I will not be returning, as well as the lady who sat next to me. Overall, bad experience. read more
