She was rude, answered her phone in the middle of my shampoo, she insulted the color of my hair, made a lunch order during the time she was drying my hair, she didn't listen to me, and I felt like I was not welcome. I had wanted layers and bangs and she told me, "It'll look different when you style it." Isn't that what I am paying for, for you (a professional) to style it?
