Linda has been doing my nails at Dione Nail Spa for about 4-5 months now. The staff is friendly, and Linda is always eager to see me again and make conversation during the service! I cannot recommend her and Dione Nail Spa enough! I drive about 25 minutes for my nail appointments every 3-4 weeks because of how satisfied I am leaving there each time. I have been getting acrylic nails and Linda is always sure to ask the shape/length of my liking for the first time and each fill. I had a wedding this last time and wanted a sparkly nude - she recommended chrome on top for a wedding ($10 extra), in which I trusted her and decided to do the chrome on top. They were beautiful! 1st visit was great... reg mani/pedi... next visit reg pedi was great and gel manicure done by different person was ok, I was not happy that the nailpolish was not all the way down to nailbed... visit #3 reg mani... totally dissatisfied, 3 days ago and look at the photos... i took the nail polish today as I cant work with nails like this. The price was outrageous for the horrible job i got. I asked for coffin pink glitter french tips and its uneven and patchy. the glitter is on the base of my nail which it isn't supposed to be. the guy told me that it would look horrible and did something completely different then what i asked for. Very very disappointed in my experience at this place. I went in to get gel nails done. I showed her a specific design I wanted and she said she could do it. Everything was good up to the design it came out extremely sloppy. I told her I didn't like it and she said it is too late now because they are gel nails. I understood her and I said to just try to fix it a little more and it just came out worse. I went up to pay and she charged me $72! I am so disappointed by the out come of my nails I told her I'd there was a way I could get a refund and she said all she could do was give me $10 back for the design. Gave this place two visits before writing a review. Really hoped to have a better experience the second time but unfortunately this place is still disorganized - albeit the quality of the manicures/pedicures is good. It's beautiful inside and is a pretty large facility, so figured this would be the perfect place to bring all the girls for manicures before my wedding. They were really backed up and rather than start with the bride whose menu selection was going to take the longest, they started with the others and I had to wait... an hour past the reservation time for it to be my turn. Second time here I also had a reservation. When I made it a few days prior, I gave them their pick of time because I said I could make any time work. Lo and behold it's 35 minutes past my reservation time and I'm still waiting. They first tried to sit me at a pedicure chair until I reminded them I wasn't there for a pedicure and they had to walk me back to the other room, then sent me to a table in the back of the room to wait alone. All of this is after one of their customers threw some serious mood at me for trying to share a color swatch that she was clearly done with. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt; she's probably annoyed because she's been waiting for her turn for a while too! read more

They rush and do a terrible job. I can see my previous nail polish not removed where they didn't paint my nails. My pedicure took 15 minutes. They trimmed my toe nails in a weird shape and they're already sore. They push you to get gel nails the entire time. I would never recommend this place. This was my 3rd time to this nail salon. The first 2 experiences were nice enough for me to return, usually $47 for a nail dip. This time I saw the new person recommended by the previous person seen. Granted the dip powder I selected had a heavier glitter but in all honesty this dip looks terrible. Inconsistent, built up around my cuticles and this time it was $58, why the $10 price difference? The dip applied to the cuticles will most def be problematic as the nail grows out and the dip lifts. read more

Always get wonderful service here! I normally go to Bella (she is amazing) but have seen other nail techs and have always had a great experience!!!!! I also want to give a great shout out to the team who helped out my daughter yesterday. My daughter is seven and deals with compulsive nail picking. Believe it or not one of the solutions our doctor presented to us was to get acrylic nails put on so that the thicker nail prevents fine picking. I presented this to the nail technician doing my daughters nails, I am so sorry I did not catch her name, and she treated my daughter so well and her nails are so beautiful. They truly look like natural nails of a seven year old. I was so afraid that I was going to have a daughter that was made up like "tots and tiaras". The manicure didn't happen-no soaking removal of cuticles or shaping. Just glued a tip on and applied dip powder. The French tip was too thick and one of the nail lines looked crooked. Had a pretty bad experience here. Got dip powder, the nail tech was using gel polish on top of the dip and didn't use the seal for dip. Had to redo my nails. Didn't offer any compensation for anything after 2.5 hours of being there for dip and a pedi. My nails also only lasted a week long. read more

My niece and I went in for a pedicure, ordered the hot stone. It was absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my life!! To start the water was stone cold. Then they couldn't get the pedicure bowl to work. I had no soak barely any massage and didn't even remember the hot stones on my legs. Second lady comes in and takes over decides to be aggressive and filing my toenails, my toe bleeds, so she stops and does no more. The paint Job was horrific. My niece, then went to have acrylics put on. After we got in the car, I looked at them and couuld see her nail underneath. So we went back in. I asked him nicely to please fix the nails. He told me that it was the style and they look beautiful. They don't need fixed. Those nails lasted one week! Spent over $200 for a complete shit show of a job! I will never go back. Great place - great service! The place is clean inside, very calming music, and safe location.

Bright light to a well needed new venue in this area. This place is beautiful. They have two different areas for pedicures so the noise is not overwhelming from the chairs. They also have a filtration system so the vapors from the products are not lingering throughout the salon. I had my gel manicure done by Billy and was pleased. They also have a hot rock pedicure and prices are comparable to other salons. I would definitely give it a try as of this review I think it has only been open 3 or 4 weeks I will we returning. read more

I came in for a fill from my previous set of acrylics and I left extremely dissatisfied. I got my nails done by a woman that goes by the name of BB. I do not recommend going to this salon because a majority of the technicians are very rude and very rushed. However there are a few good ones. My nail technician was talking poorly of me right in front of me to another technician. She was complaining about the color that I picked because you have to be more precise when doing black and she didn't feel like doing it. She then tried to convince me to change my color so it could go faster for her since it was nearing closing time. She drilled my nails so roughly that they felt hot and hurt. One is bumpy and a majority of them are raised high. They are the wrong shape than what I had asked for. And the paint job is not the best for the price. I had high expectations for this place because it was so gorgeous when I walked in but it was so rushed that it just turned out so badly. I made an appointment the day before for a gel pedicure and manicure during my lunch hour at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25, greeted and then sat until 11:45 without anyone acknowledging me. I have limited time (the reason why I made an appointment in the first place). Without any hope of them taking me back for my services I left and will not be returning. It's inconsiderate and unprofessional to take appointments and then have a customer sit and wait-especially when time is limited. Was very disappointed in my visit. I paid for the 35 dollar pedicure, and it was literally a 15-20 minute pedicure. My feet were still rough when I got home! I also got a full set done...the tech, Angel, was super sloppy and rough, making my nail beds bleed in several places. This is an honest review. I go to this salon regularly. It is beautifully appointed. They are close for me and they do dip nails, which i prefer. But don't go here for a spa experience. the owner is brusque and rude, as are MOST of the employees. ie. commando style - Go wash hands. no smile, no kindness. no please, no thank you. this lasts throughout your entire manicure, pedicure or repair. The manicurist, Kaylee, put the LED dryer down so irritably that it struck the nail she just fixed. she didn't even apologize! like a complete mute. Ive been to many other salons. Ive never experienced this kind of rudeness and if i find another spa that does dip nails that's closeby, i won't step foot in there again. Don't bother letting the owner know. She didn't care. after telling her she said NOTHING. I actually had to ask her if she heard me. she said, yes and walked away.
