I was given a gift certificate to Anthony Amato for my birthday. My hair was so grey/ white I glowed when walking into a room. My hair was also so neglected and damaged, I was shocked the owner would even consider working on me. He welcomed me and paired with a tenacious, talented and patient young lady. Alex worked on me for hours without ever making me feel like I was a burden. My hair would not "take" the color and highlights, Alex worked to reapply and find a solution. The owner (the younger owner) consulted with me and Alex to make sure my skin tones could work well with the colors selected. They all worked very diligently to make sure I was happy. It was a great experience and I will be back. One other thing, while waiting for my color to set, I watched the staff. They were all pleasant and kept the salon so clean. For the past 5 years I have not trusted anyone else with my hair! This staff is absolutely amazing, all of them. They are busy but extremely flexible with their schedule and very accommodating to your schedule and they do their best to get you in when you need. The salon is so warm and welcoming and clean. This past Saturday Maria (one of the most amazing people I've ever met) went above and beyond and gave me the best haircut and color and styling that I've ever gotten! Highly highly highly recommend! I took my daughter here for a very specific haircut. The staff was friendly, and Anthony Amato Sr. did a wonderful job. He cut her hair exactly like she had wanted, and made sure that she loved it. You can tell he has a lot of skill and experience cutting hair. I was so impressed with her haircut that I booked my own. Anthony Amato Sr. once again heard my request and worked his magic. He gave me the most beautiful haircut I have ever had, it is honestly stunning. I love my haircut, and the experience I had getting my hair cut here. It is a great local salon. Love this salon! I see Anthony Junior, hes amazing! Always asks what I want, and does just that! I dont walk out feeling left down. I have been to a lot of salons over the years, and i finally found my home! I recently decided to let my gray come through, and Anthony did a fabulous job! I have medium to light brown hair, and he highlighted it heavily, and it was lught enough to make my grays basically disappear, they blended in so well, especially with a toner. Mr. Amato did a great job with my cut. I went in feeling hopeless because over the recent months I've lost about 60% of my long mane - mostly due to pandemic stress and middle age hormones! I let Anthony cut my hair shorter than I normally wear it and it looks 100% better. Still thin, of course, but the choppy cut makes it look thicker - just like he said it would. read more

Anthony "Junior" Amato is absolutely THE BEST. He is an artist. Every time he has done anything to my hair it turns out beautifully!
