During the appointment my sister accidentally dropped a bottle of polish that the technician handed her so she could photograph the color. It broke on the floor. She immediately apologized multiple times and was clearly very upset about it. I tried to settle her down by telling her to quit apologizing that it was an accident. She was mortified. As we were leaving, we were told by the front desk that we were not allowed to come back because of the broken bottle incident, even though it was clearly an accident. They waited to tell us we couldn't come back until after we tipped generously $10 to each technician and paid for the service over $100. It was extremely embarrassing and shocking to be treated this way over an honest mistake. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, we will not be returning anyway. I would suggest no one going there. It's not worth being treated rudely. My sister also left a short review and their answer to her was "would we like to see a video that shows what really happened?"This is so bizarre.. so bizarre. I regularly get my nails done (at least once a month), and am picky because I get shellac. I have found upscale salons to be the worst at this so I am all about the small mom and pop salons. That's exactly what this is. Do not expect anything fancy. They have pedicure chairs with the massaging units in them (what more do you need?!), and plenty of manicure stations. They take appointments but also do walk-ins. I've never had to wait very long. There is a large selection of shellac colors to choose from. I've been here four or five times now and each time they have done a very nice job. The shellac has lasted at least 2 weeks with no chipping. I just starts to grow out at that time, which is to be expected. It is also very affordable. $25 for a Shellac manicure. Less for just a shellac change. They do take credit card but ask for tips in cash if possible (the fees add up!) Definitely worth checking out!

I did pay $12. extra for the hot wax. When she brought the hot wax out I noticed she skimped on the wax. Normally when I ask for hot wax it covers the whole foot. This barely covered the bottom of my foot. Then she could hardly wait to clean the wax off of my feet. Guess she was in a hurry. The manicure was a little better but really nothing to speak of either. Side note. I did make an appointment the previous day so it's not like I just walked in expecting service unannounced.
