I had a very uncomfortable experience here. While I was getting my nails done, a technician (named Snow) suddenly started yelling at another customer on the phone. The outburst was loud and completely unprofessional, making the whole atmosphere tense and embarrassing. Her words to the customer were hateful and mean. In the phone conversation, Snow was very obviously angry that the customer had her nails done by another technician instead of her. her reaction to the customer doing this was disgusting and horrible. If I could leave zero stars, I would, I walked in with my mother to get a pedicure and a dip manicure. They put me in a chair to soak my nails 45 minutes sitting there I removed my own dip polish all by myself while they had me sitting there for almost an hour, and I was using the nail filer while I was sitting there, they ripped it out of my hand, just to throw it in the trash and then tell me I'm going to pay for it And then talk very disrespectful to my elderly mother who was getting a pedicure. Decent experience here, however they always seem to have an issue with appointments. They always overbook and we seem to always be waiting...they need to fix that ASAP because it happens every time. I've been here with my sister and mom a few times when I visit from out of town. My most recent experience was really good! The pedicure was nice and they were very attentive. I got gel on both of my toes n nails and they lasted almost over 4 weeks, which never happens - especially on my nails. They also have a good mix of gel and powder colors. I'm out of town and needed my nails done so I decided to come here. I wish I had went somewhere else but here. I don't wanna get into detail but the nails looked terrible plus I got cut. I had to come back a second time to fix them and they still looked rushed and terrible. The guy that did them seemed really upset and was being very rough. Go somewhere else. So I tried out Nails Creation yesterday evening and had an awful experience! I asked to get my acrylics SOAKED OFF and my nail tech came out and started to crack the acrylics and peel them off my nails, which was extremely painful because she was taking layers of my natural nail off with the acrylic. My nail beds were so thin after she was finished they were pink, and in some spots looked so thin there was barely any nail left. So after this was finished she had to buff out my nails for the gel manicure. She had the drummel going so fast that it was super painful on my (now) thin nail beds and the surrounding skin. Now on to the gel manicure. Mediocre at best. She over filed my nails and now my nails are nubs, and the polishing could've been better, and she barely massaged my hands. Only upside is that it was cheap. I would gladly spend the extra money and go somewhere else. read more

We got in for 4 pedicures very quickly! Each nail technician did an amazing job and they seem to have lots of regulars!

Unfortunately, I wanted to like this place. It's pretty and seems professional; however, they talk about their customers when they think they can. So inappropriate and extremely immature and unprofessional. I would have even returned if they had acknowledged and apologized about it but they denied any wrong doing. The men are fine, but the women are gossips and nasty underneath their fake smiles. In addition, they are all about rushing to get to the next customer to make more money. That being said...you had better make sure you can move quickly, choose quickly and you'd better like your nails even if they don't look good. Cannot spend my hard earned money at this place. Well, the workers were friendly and chatty. Their work was pretty good but I noticed the day of that the paint on my gel mani was a little further from my cuticles than I would like. I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour. Then they were disorganized! My friend had nail clippings in the pedicure tub! Just had a very terrible experience here. I left this place 2 hours ago and these are what my nails look like now. Let me first start by saying, that the staff was very polite and respectful. I've never been here before, but when I saw online that they were open until 8 I gave them a call. Once I got there I realized they closed at 7 actually but they still gave me an appointment. Very sweet. However, the work done on my nails was absolutely horrid. I had asked for coffin shape and this is what I got. They chipped immediately when I left. They also sprayed this odd spray on my nails while they were drying (I've never had this done before and I've been getting my nails done for 5 years) and it burned so bad for a good 5 minutes it was almost unbearable. Not sure if it was whatever the spray was or the fact that she drilled my cuticles and nail beds raw. The woman also tried to charge me 40$ (before tip)... their website says 28 for a full set. She then gave me back 5$ since I payed in cash. I didn't want to be rude, and I was so upset, but I politely payed and tipped. But I will never return here. I am getting these taken off the moment I get a chance. read more

Very bad and unprofessional experience. I had went to get manicure and while cutting cuticles the worker was moving very quickly and was pulling hangnails without caution. I ended up with 5 bleeding finger nails and one would not stop so i couldn't get that finger finished. The workers came over to me and made it feel as it was my fault for not telling them in advance to expect my hands to bleed during the service? Huh?? It had never happened before. The worker offered to have me come back and fix the nail she could not finish due to the bleeding but she offered no discount for the service and got very upset when we brought it up at the end of the appointment. I got a manicure and pedicure. I thought the price was ok, $48, but then I don't go to nail salons often. The workers there were nice, and majority of my time there went well. I didn't care for the woman who did my nails talking on her cell phone for half of my manicure. She was pushing my cuticles and talking, reading something off of a paper, not paying attention to where she was using the cuticle pusher. She hit parts of my fingers with it, which was rather uncomfortable since it was a sensitive area. When she finished that hand I looked at my fingers and noticed one of them was bleeding at the nail bed. I wish she would have paid more attention to what she was doing. I may not go back. Its also uncomfortable that the manicurists were speaking to each other in their native language. I have no problem with it except that they talked constantly, making me wonder if they were talking about me. Oh well! Searching for a different salon! read more
