If I could give 0 stars I would. Walked in for a gel mani. Was seated right away with "Nik". No towel was placed under my hands. He proceeded to use a cuticle cutter cutting me and drawing blood on the first nail. When I told him no more cutting, just push. He started yelling and was rude. He proceeded to be so rude to me throughout the manicure. The lady next to me told him he was rude, And that I was very tolerant. When he was rude back to her she admirably told him to drop the attitude. He charged me for a regular mani. I should have walked out after he cut me. Heres hoping I don't end up with some blood borne pathogen from this place. They clearly aren't clean and do not care if they draw blood. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I've been coming to this salon for a while, and I can honestly say Snow was the reason I kept coming back. She truly cared about her clients in a way that's rare to find. Every appointment with her felt personal -- she took her time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure my nails were absolutely perfect before I left. No matter what design or shape I asked for, she executed it flawlessly. My nails lasted, looked beautiful every single time, and I always got compliments. On top of her talent, she had the sweetest attitude. She was kind, patient, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I was really disappointed to hear she's no longer there. She brought so much care and quality to the salon, and it definitely won't feel the same without her. read more

5 stars for service, and value. Manicure & pedicure is $76 via cc, or $70 cash. This was their basic services, but felt like a spa treatment. Nick did a good job, only nicking me once. read more

1 out of 10 I do not recommend . And I'm only going to give a 1 because the owner was always nice . But every-time I been in the past 4 years I don't see him anymore . I have walked out this place twice because the employees act like the don't want to do my nails I came back one last time today hoping to see the owner but he was not there . I am a cosmetologist so I ask for A service that's what I want . They always tell me how gel or try to upgrade my service by talking bad about the service I request . They always say gel is better and last longer as if they are talking me into another service it's frustrating because I get my Nails done to relax not to try to be upsold when I kno what I want . And honestly gel is terrible for the feet and hands health over and over which is why I dont consistently get gel . It just seems like everyone except the owner hates their job and they try to pretend to be nice and like it but they do a terrible job hiding it. read more

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. While I was getting my nails done, a technician (named Snow) suddenly started yelling at another customer on the phone. The outburst was loud and completely unprofessional, making the whole atmosphere tense and embarrassing. Her words to the customer were hateful and mean. In the phone conversation, Snow was very obviously angry that the customer had her nails done by another technician instead of her. her reaction to the customer doing this was disgusting and horrible. I won't be coming back. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would, I walked in with my mother to get a pedicure and a dip manicure. They put me in a chair to soak my nails 45 minutes sitting there I removed my own dip polish all by myself while they had me sitting there for almost an hour, and I was using the nail filer while I was sitting there, they ripped it out of my hand, just to throw it in the trash and then tell me I'm going to pay for it And then talk very disrespectful to my elderly mother who was getting a pedicure. This place is disgusting and they have no customer service at all. It's all about money and not how the customer feels. read more

Decent experience here, however they always seem to have an issue with appointments. They always overbook and we seem to always be waiting...they need to fix that ASAP because it happens every time. I've been here with my sister and mom a few times when I visit from out of town. My most recent experience was really good! The pedicure was nice and they were very attentive. I got gel on both of my toes n nails and they lasted almost over 4 weeks, which never happens - especially on my nails. They also have a good mix of gel and powder colors. You can't go wrong on a color selection - if you want it they probably have it. Prices were reasonable. Would return again. read more

I'm out of town and needed my nails done so I decided to come here. I wish I had went somewhere else but here. I don't wanna get into detail but the nails looked terrible plus I got cut. I had to come back a second time to fix them and they still looked rushed and terrible. The guy that did them seemed really upset and was being very rough. Looked around for a name on a license but couldn't find one license hanging up. To save you time, just go somewhere else!! read more

My favorite nail salon! Luu is amazing! Always takes care of me. My gel nails last until I decide to take them off.

Go somewhere else. So I tried out Nails Creation yesterday evening and had an awful experience! I asked to get my acrylics SOAKED OFF and my nail tech came out and started to crack the acrylics and peel them off my nails, which was extremely painful because she was taking layers of my natural nail off with the acrylic. My nail beds were so thin after she was finished they were pink, and in some spots looked so thin there was barely any nail left. So after this was finished she had to buff out my nails for the gel manicure. She had the drummel going so fast that it was super painful on my (now) thin nail beds and the surrounding skin. Now on to the gel manicure. Mediocre at best. She over filed my nails and now my nails are nubs, and the polishing could've been better, and she barely massaged my hands. Only upside is that it was cheap. I would gladly spend the extra money and go somewhere else. read more

I got my nails done for the very first time here so I don't fully know what to expect. I love the color of my acrylics and they haven't chipped or anything but my right index nail is abt to come off.... kinda disappointed. Good service, friendly people read more

I called asking how long the wait time would be for a gel manicure walk in. They said 15 minutes. So I got there, they greeted me, I picked out a color and sat down. 40 min later I decided to leave as nobody acknowledged me after that. I would've appreciated an honest response upfront if they were too busy for me. The service I received, or lack thereof was very disappointing. read more

We got in for 4 pedicures very quickly! Each nail technician did an amazing job and they seem to have lots of regulars!

Unfortunately, I wanted to like this place. It's pretty and seems professional; however, they talk about their customers when they think they can. So inappropriate and extremely immature and unprofessional. I would have even returned if they had acknowledged and apologized about it but they denied any wrong doing. The men are fine, but the women are gossips and nasty underneath their fake smiles. In addition, they are all about rushing to get to the next customer to make more money. That being said...you had better make sure you can move quickly, choose quickly and you'd better like your nails even if they don't look good. Cannot spend my hard earned money at this place. I have been here before and the service has never been spectacular but the polish always lasted for longer than expected. This mist recent time on July 3rd was horrible. I had an appointment and still had to wait an hour. Then they were disorganized! My friend had nail clippings in the pedicure tub! The polish sample they had did not look anywhere close to how it looked on my nails. It was an overall bad experience. read more

Well, the workers were friendly and chatty. Their work was pretty good but I noticed the day of that the paint on my gel mani was a little further from my cuticles than I would like. Fast forward to today, less than a week later, and the gap is super noticeable. Now I remember why I never get this done - pricey and short-lasting! :( read more

Luu is absolutely awesome! He took care of me the first time I came in and I have seen him every time since. He always takes his time and does an excellent job on my gel manicures and pedicures. Don't go here. Yes you'll save a little money but it is not worth it. I got acrylics with gel polish and it looks like a child did them. They had way too many appointments, they argued with one another the whole time, and I'm so unhappy with the results. Spend the extra 15$ and go somewhere else. read more

Just had a very terrible experience here. I left this place 2 hours ago and these are what my nails look like now. Let me first start by saying, that the staff was very polite and respectful. I've never been here before, but when I saw online that they were open until 8 I gave them a call. Once I got there I realized they closed at 7 actually but they still gave me an appointment. Very sweet. However, the work done on my nails was absolutely horrid. I had asked for coffin shape and this is what I got. They chipped immediately when I left. They also sprayed this odd spray on my nails while they were drying (I've never had this done before and I've been getting my nails done for 5 years) and it burned so bad for a good 5 minutes it was almost unbearable. Not sure if it was whatever the spray was or the fact that she drilled my cuticles and nail beds raw. The woman also tried to charge me 40$ (before tip)... their website says 28 for a full set. She then gave me back 5$ since I payed in cash. I didn't want to be rude, and I was so upset, but I politely payed and tipped. But I will never return here. I am getting these taken off the moment I get a chance. read more

Very bad and unprofessional experience. I had went to get manicure and while cutting cuticles the worker was moving very quickly and was pulling hangnails without caution. I ended up with 5 bleeding finger nails and one would not stop so i couldn't get that finger finished. The workers came over to me and made it feel as it was my fault for not telling them in advance to expect my hands to bleed during the service? Huh?? It had never happened before. The worker offered to have me come back and fix the nail she could not finish due to the bleeding but she offered no discount for the service and got very upset when we brought it up at the end of the appointment. I won't be going there again! read more

Excellent service - foot and leg massage with pedicure was so relaxing. Will definitely go back.

I got a manicure and pedicure. I thought the price was ok, $48, but then I don't go to nail salons often. The workers there were nice, and majority of my time there went well. I didn't care for the woman who did my nails talking on her cell phone for half of my manicure. She was pushing my cuticles and talking, reading something off of a paper, not paying attention to where she was using the cuticle pusher. She hit parts of my fingers with it, which was rather uncomfortable since it was a sensitive area. When she finished that hand I looked at my fingers and noticed one of them was bleeding at the nail bed. I wish she would have paid more attention to what she was doing. I may not go back. Its also uncomfortable that the manicurists were speaking to each other in their native language. I have no problem with it except that they talked constantly, making me wonder if they were talking about me. Oh well! Searching for a different salon! read more
