During the appointment my sister accidentally dropped a bottle of polish that the technician handed her so she could photograph the color. It broke on the floor. She immediately apologized multiple times and was clearly very upset about it. I tried to settle her down by telling her to quit apologizing that it was an accident. She was mortified. As we were leaving, we were told by the front desk that we were not allowed to come back because of the broken bottle incident, even though it was clearly an accident. They waited to tell us we couldn't come back until after we tipped generously $10 to each technician and paid for the service over $100. It was extremely embarrassing and shocking to be treated this way over an honest mistake. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, we will not be returning anyway. I would suggest no one going there. It's not worth being treated rudely. My sister also left a short review and their answer to her was "would we like to see a video that shows what really happened?"This is so bizarre.. so bizarre. I got a painful toe infection after coming here…read more I thought my toe was just a bit irritated from them filing/working around the nail. But it continues to be painful and still infected now (over a month since the original appt). My toe is swollen and has throbbing pain. I have gone to multiple doctors appointments and tried different antibiotics, hoping the next one will finally treat me. I don't know if it was dirty tools, or if they dug too deep into the skin around my big toe nail, but I have never had an issue with this before in my life (I have done my own nails and gone to other spas). I am glad other people had good experiences here, but I don't think I can do a pedicure again after the amount of pain my toe has caused me. I don't want to risk getting another infection. I really hope whoever is in charge can improve sanitary conditions and/or train new hires to be more careful to prevent deep infections like this. I hope my condition is an outlier and that most customers are not having such poor experiences. ‍ UPDATE (7/1/26): I ended up having to remove my whole toe nail. I had to drive over an hour to the only podiatrist available on a short notice because I could not take the pain any longer.

One of the reasons I chose to try this place out is that they have online booking lol. This location is nice with good parking in the Marc's plaza. It has a seating area inside. There are a ton of color options to choose from. The reason for not 5 stars is that the place could use a little TLC ... ceilings especially where one is missing and one is half falling. Also there were bandaids on cabinets...? The workers were both so nice. I was taken immediately to choose colors and begin. I did the Gel Spa Manicure for $50 including an exfoliating scrub and lotion massage. It was so relaxing. Kim did a really good job and took her time to make sure everything looked good from the filing, cuticles, to the amount of gel layers I wanted, and at the end she made sure there was no jagged edges and if so filed it nicely. The prices are unbeatable, especially with the food service. I'm excited to go back.

The only negative was I got regular nail polish on my nails and although I know it chips quicker than gel just after one or 2 days it was chipping while on vacation not after cleaning or being in water.
