During the appointment my sister accidentally dropped a bottle of polish that the technician handed her so she could photograph the color. It broke on the floor. She immediately apologized multiple times and was clearly very upset about it. I tried to settle her down by telling her to quit apologizing that it was an accident. She was mortified. As we were leaving, we were told by the front desk that we were not allowed to come back because of the broken bottle incident, even though it was clearly an accident. They waited to tell us we couldn't come back until after we tipped generously $10 to each technician and paid for the service over $100. It was extremely embarrassing and shocking to be treated this way over an honest mistake. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, we will not be returning anyway. I would suggest no one going there. It's not worth being treated rudely. My sister also left a short review and their answer to her was "would we like to see a video that shows what really happened?"This is so bizarre.. so bizarre. I would have rather scheduled an appointment and came back when they weren't busy rather than having my nails done by 4 different people. I spend 2 hours and 10 minutes in this nail salon last night. The timing sounds about right because I got a pedicure and an acrylic set put on, completely understandable. The way that i was passed around like a hot potato when it came to getting my nails done really did me in. The girl even laughed at the fact that 4 people worked on my nails. This is the second experience that left a really sour taste in my mouth, and I probably wouldn't recommend this nail spa unless you were in a pinch.

One of the reasons I chose to try this place out is that they have online booking lol. This location is nice with good parking in the Marc's plaza. It has a seating area inside. There are a ton of color options to choose from. The reason for not 5 stars is that the place could use a little TLC ... ceilings especially where one is missing and one is half falling. Also there were bandaids on cabinets...? The workers were both so nice. I was taken immediately to choose colors and begin. I did the Gel Spa Manicure for $50 including an exfoliating scrub and lotion massage. It was so relaxing. Kim did a really good job and took her time to make sure everything looked good from the filing, cuticles, to the amount of gel layers I wanted, and at the end she made sure there was no jagged edges and if so filed it nicely. The prices are unbeatable, especially with the food service. I'm excited to go back.
