Was looking for a new nail salon in the area and came across this one on accident. I decided to…read moregive it a try and it really turned out to be a great find! I regularly get my nails done (at least once a month), and am picky because I get shellac. I have found upscale salons to be the worst at this so I am all about the small mom and pop salons. That's exactly what this is. Do not expect anything fancy. They have pedicure chairs with the massaging units in them (what more do you need?!), and plenty of manicure stations. They take appointments but also do walk-ins. I've never had to wait very long. There is a large selection of shellac colors to choose from. I've been here four or five times now and each time they have done a very nice job. The shellac has lasted at least 2 weeks with no chipping. I just starts to grow out at that time, which is to be expected. It is also very affordable. $25 for a Shellac manicure. Less for just a shellac change. They do take credit card but ask for tips in cash if possible (the fees add up!) Definitely worth checking out!

As I write this I'm looking at my nails, which were filled by Nina over 3 weeks ago and still holding strong. However, I just get regular polish over that, occasionally I'll do gel. I can't speak to their ability to do anything more fancy. If I were doing something special, I'd always use a photo that shows what I want, because there can be misunderstandings otherwise. It's a small place, but clean, and the staff has always been super nice. This being said, I avoid going on weekends. They are busy and that can make it feel really cramped. Highly recommend you call for an appointment- if you don't confirm a time and get on their book, you might not be able to get your service if you're a walk in. I often see regulars come in while I'm there that the staff knows by name...that's usually a good sign in my mind.

However she wasn't really talkative even though I tried to start a conversation. Price: full set of acrylics with regular nail polish cost me $45 including tax. They did not change up the price on me, I knew that this was gonna cost that much because I called ahead of time. Environment: not the cleanest and not luxurious. But it wasn't bad. The only bad thing was that there was a big spider by the sink, spinning it's web behind the soap bottle. Also one customer was getting a pedicure and she was coughing alot. Not to mention, she bought her kids in there with her. I came for my nails to be done, not to get sick. But obviously that wasn't the salons fault. I will probably come here again

I would have rather scheduled an appointment and came back when they weren't busy rather than having my nails done by 4 different people. I spend 2 hours and 10 minutes in this nail salon last night. The timing sounds about right because I got a pedicure and an acrylic set put on, completely understandable. The way that i was passed around like a hot potato when it came to getting my nails done really did me in. The girl even laughed at the fact that 4 people worked on my nails. This is the second experience that left a really sour taste in my mouth, and I probably wouldn't recommend this nail spa unless you were in a pinch.

One of the reasons I chose to try this place out is that they have online booking lol. This location is nice with good parking in the Marc's plaza. It has a seating area inside. There are a ton of color options to choose from. The reason for not 5 stars is that the place could use a little TLC ... ceilings especially where one is missing and one is half falling. Also there were bandaids on cabinets...? The workers were both so nice. I was taken immediately to choose colors and begin. I did the Gel Spa Manicure for $50 including an exfoliating scrub and lotion massage. It was so relaxing. Kim did a really good job and took her time to make sure everything looked good from the filing, cuticles, to the amount of gel layers I wanted, and at the end she made sure there was no jagged edges and if so filed it nicely. The prices are unbeatable, especially with the food service. I'm excited to go back.
