At best-probably a 3 star experience. No extras, not a great manicure as a whole (not good with cuticles or nail cleanup and probably needed another coat of paint). It was a relatively expensive shop considering the work was sub par. The gal was nice. I don't think I will try them again. read more

We had a great experience here. The quality of the pedicure service was top notch. The massage chairs were working great and she had lots of colors to choose from as well as did a great job during the whole experience. My stepmom and I were able to get quality, relaxing pedicures in peace and quiet right before the holidays which was a luxury. To address a preview review: yes, the owner does a very hard sell to get people to write reviews and she should reconsider that since it puts many people off. I would have taken off .5 of a star for the hard sell on reviews but overall my nails still look great almost a month later. So I'm just going to add that she ease off on asking for good reviews, since I know she reads these. Having said that, I can understand why she's asking. She took over the business from someone else, kept the same name, and needs to differentiate herself from the previous management. So cut her some slack, everyone, and just know she is a hard-working small business owner trying to stand out in her first year in business and has some customer service kinks to work out. The quality of the pedicure is the real test of the business and mine was 5 stars. So I'd go back again in a heartbeat. read more

I went to the salon and needed a full-set of acrylics and I asked for Brian the owner...I went the day before Christmas Eve ,and I'm very particular about my nails, I mean VERY VERY PARTICULAR! !! I couldn't have been MORE PLEASED, Brian did a FABULOUS job on my nails,in fact it's been almost 3weeks and they still look great! If I could give them zero stars I would. I am in the area on business and my shellac manicure chipped on one of my nails. I figured I could go into a salon and get a repair - fully understanding the exact same color might not be at another salon. I might even have to get a different color on the nail as an accent finger. I walk into the salon and am greeted with Hi, do you need something?" I said "Hello, I need a repair, I have a shellac manicure." She said "We no do free repair if you no get original work done here". I said "I understand, I will pay whatever you ask" She said "No, we no have same color". This woman never even entertained helping me in any form or fashion, she never even glanced at my color or allowed me to discuss an accent color. Very rude and unprofessional. I assume they don't want or need new customers. read more

I've been going to this salon since before the current owners took over. I've never had a bad manicure or pedicure here and the staff are friendly and sometimes downright entertaining. I currently work in Stow where they are located but will be retiring soon and plan to drive in from Akron where I live to this salon to continue getting my nails done here. read more

I have had shellac or gels nails done many times. I was home for the Thanksgiving holiday and had mine done here and will never go back again. I had a nice experience while I was there- the people were nice and welcoming but my nails did not last!! The gel had lifted by monday on 8 nails. It was $30 down the drain for me. read more

Usually don't write reviews but this has happened a few times and I keep going back for I don't know what reason. I will start by saying the owners here rock. They are so nice and funny and definitely welcome you in! However, their nails suck. When they are DEAD they do a wonderful job but I've gone in a few times for a fill where they've been steady (not even busy) and they've done a horrible job on my nails. I just went back the day before Christmas Eve for a fill and to get my nails repolished a Christmas color. I told her I would be back in a week or so to get them repolished for new year. I wanted a sparkly silver middle finger and candy canes (white stripes over the red polish i was already getting) on my pinky nails. The nail technician told me she can't do the candy cane (white stripes) on my pinky unless I got gel because it will take too long for them to dry to re go back and add the white stripes..... really!? How long would that take... 5 minutes, if that. I told her I didn't want gel because I was coming back in a week to get them repolished and she told me that's all she can do. So I left with red nails and one middle finger with silver sparkles... They looked horrible. They were a little busy and my nails were so poorly done. Half of them have fallen off and I got a fill not even a week ago. If they would've taken their time to do them correctly they wouldn't have fallen off. I stopped going there last year for the same reason and decided to give them another chance. Sadly I won't be back. read more
