Nail Studio 1 is the best. Holly has been doing my nails for almost 2 years, and her work is perfection. Never a crooked, misshapen, or not perfectly polished nail. I looked for a good nail salon for years but found most of them to have an uncomfortable or judgmental feeling environment. Nail Studio 1 has had a comfortable environment from day one for me, the staff are all super friendly and down to earth. The salon itself is decorated in a very clean-glam style and always smells good. Most importantly it is always clean. I prefer gel nails and have gotten over 3 weeks without any breaks or chips. And I am hard on my nails. They do gel nails differently than a lot of other salons that really give them staying power. I don't know what exactly that is, but I sum it up to magic. During the salon shut down during COVID-19, I got 7 weeks out of gems before I took them off because they were long, but not a single nail had lift or a chip. They are constantly getting new colors in and always willing to pick out the perfect shade based on what you're looking for. Vicki, the owner, has a great salon! Ask for Holly! read more

Most terrible nail salon I've ever been too! I decided to try nail studio 1 because my usual nail place was closed and I needed my nails done ASAP. What I got done was dip powder with tips and while I was there everything went well. The next day I look down at my nails and the nail on my pinky finger was gone. So I went in the next day to get it fixed and the manager made me wait 45 min just to fix one finger!!! Then I went home and another two nails fell off! So I went in today to get them fixed and instead of apologzing and offereing to redo the entire set or give me my money back they made made me wait 25 min and told me that all they can do for me is fix the ones that fell off or take the entire set off for free? So l let her fix the nails that fell and went to work and three more nails fall off and I called them and told them I'd be coming tomorrow to get a refund and this is terrible and all the manager could tell me was " I dont know what to tell you but all I can do for you is fix the ones that fell or take them all off". She was very rude and they by far had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. read more

Customer service is awful at this place. When your resources, equipment and employees don't provide me with a great service I expect to have good customer service in return. Manager Vicky has a HORRIBLE attitude. Nails were done on Monday, returned multiple days throughout the week to get them fixed (Wednesday and Thursday), the whole left hand fell off. Refused to give a refund. Managers attitude was AWFUL, gave a sassy attitude and repeatedly refused and cut off everything we said. Never going to this place dude to the terrible customer service. read more

My favorite nail salon was closed so I tried Nail Studio 1. The young lady who gave me my manicure was very sweet and did a great job. When I went to pay I was surprised at the price. I usually spend $28.00 for a gel manicure. This one was $ 44.50 and they didn't even have to take off my old polish. The young lady who checked me out was very rude and I could not include tip with my credit card payment. Only getting 2 stars because the girl who did my manicure was so nice. read more

Honestly worst place I have ever been to. I got normal acrylics done with a normal color and she took almost 2 hours. She kept getting distracted and was very harsh on my nails and was moving around the whole time. Usually before putting tips on they clean around my nail and clean my nails but she went right into putting the glue and tips on. She kept answering the phone and took forever like I said. Customer service was also terrible and in my opinion that is the most important thing. WORST PLACE to get nails done. read more

I've been here twice over the past few years for a pedicure. Both times was a spur of the moment visit and they were able to fit me right in. The ladies here are always friendly, the service is great, the atmosphere is great, the price is more than reasonable, especially for all that you get with the pedicure. And honestly- the pedicure I got here was much better than what I received recently at a nearby pricey spa. I did forget that they only do cash tips (since it was only my second visit over a few years), but not a big deal if you remember or have cash on you. read more

This used to be my all time Favorite place to go get my nails and pedicure done. The last time I was in there a older guy did my pedicure first off there was no sonic tub liner to prevent infections, secondly he didn't use any gloves and thirdly the pedicure was a HOT MESS !!! I asked for them to be cut down and he cut them alllll the way down they were not even they were cricket he was hurting me when he filed my toe nails because they were so close to my skin . He didn't scrub my feet at all he just acted as he did then he didn't even give me a massage so what did I pay for my 9 year old sister could of did a better job ! I'm not done there I asked the owner previously before my appointment if she do my acrylics she said had an appointment and I could go to someone else but I didn't no one else I wanted her . Her appointment called and canceled so she was free instead of doing my nails she did her employees nails ! BAD SERVICE!!! read more
