Nothing "Premier" about this salon. This was, without question, the worst manicure I've ever had. They actually use lotion for cuticle removal -- something I've never seen in a professional salon. When I questioned it, the owner confirmed that this was their standard practice. I'm a gardener, and the technician left visible dirt under my nails. Slammed during a holiday week I assume was a good sign...the place itself is located in a fairly hustle and bustle area in Fairlawn. Nail service the tech cut my cuticle that happens but my natural nails were not shaped evenly at all, not just one or two nails pretty much both hands. The moisturizer didnt moisturize but they did do both at the same time which got me out fast! The lady who did my pedicure was all 3 stars! She worked hard and it had been a while since my last. I didnt understand their options she only just pointed to the bottles. I typically always get hot stones, hot towels, scrub and mask but was unclear the packages. The price wasnt bad for Ohio prices but probably wont be back. The place was clean and people were nice. Decent color options. read more

One of the best pedicure's I have had. Anthony did a very nice job and was very detailed. From there I moved over to my nail technician Italy, so she could do my acrylic fill with gel polish, she was short of amazing. I am picky and have found it difficult to find a nail salon in NE Ohio that could hold a torch to my nail salon in Florida where I live 1/2 the year. 100% unequivocally recommend this place. I've gone to Nail Premier off and on for years. I have noticed in recent months the quality and service have diminished significantly. I want to share two recent experiences. I was in for a mani/pedi 3 weeks ago and had an appointment. I sat for an hour in the pedicure chair soaking my feet before I had a tech start working on me. I sat there so long the water was cold. I had a couple nail techs tell me I was next, only to sit there while other customers were taken care of after I arrived. I was very uncomfortable and felt I was being ignored for reasons I was not aware of. By the way I also tip very well, at least 20 percent. I went back today for just a polish change. When I went to pay I was first told the cost was $25.00 which I expected. The owner interjected that the price was actually $30.00, the nail tech interjected and said to charge me $35.00. The owner and nail tech had a discussion trying to decide how much to charge me. The very nice person who was trying to handle the transaction piped up and said how much is it? 25.00 or 30.00 at which point again I was told 35.00. I interjected and asked for clarification, 25.00, 30.00 or 35.00 since they couldn't decide and was told it was 35.00. Against my better judgment I paid 35.00 and gave a tip, which I 100% regret. I mentioned that every time I come in the price is different and the person handling the transaction said she was sorry, and that it happens all the time. I will never go back, I feel this company is dishonest. read more

I have gone to this salon multiple times and not had many bad experiences, except for today.. I received a pedicure from Italy and my toe was cut so badly I bled the entire visit and was unable to have that toe painted. She grated off my skin! After hurting me, she stuck my foot back into the tub of water while it was bleeding. She charged me full price for this service and asked me to come back in 2 days to have the toe painted. There was no apology, compensation, or resolution. So I walked out of the salon as pictured. Never going back! read more

My nail tech was incredubly meticulous and took his time through every step of the process and made light coversation making me feel very comfortable. I have gone to this salon twice for acrylics/fills. The first time they filed my nails way too short even though I said I wanted to keep the length. The second time I got almond shape and the lady filed my nails super skinny to where the sides of my nails are tender to the touch. Along with this, I told her I wanted my nails a little shorter and french tip. She said, "They will not look beautiful," along with other comments while doing my nails and continued to not do what I asked for. The painting is nice but I probably won't be going back. read more

The only criticisms I would give is the wait time and not being able to make an appointment if it's a busier time of the day. Also sometimes it seems they make up pricing on a case by case basis. The only con was that the girl who did my pedicure didn't really put too much effort in and also cut too much of my cuticle that I can still feel some slight pain. I'm here all the time and it's the best pedi AND mani I've ever had. It's a little pricey for me because I get gel acrylic nails and I usually do their mid-tier pedi (sugar scrub), but it's sooooo worth it. My nails last 3 weeks easy. I've worked with almost all the techs after coming consistently for like 6 years, and they are all GREAT. I never had to wait more than 30minutes for a visit so I don't even bother calling ahead. They are THAT fast. And 30mins is a long wait for them. Usually I wait 5. Their gels are top tier. So many colors to choose from. And they last so long! But I've had friends do their regular polish with no complaints too! You just have to be patient and let your nails dry for ~15min before putting shoes back on or digging through your purse. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Worth every penny. Any time I'm out of town and get my fills or feet done somewhere else, I'm disappointed in the quality compared to Nails Premier. It's my go to place, hands down. I always tell people to come here. And if you're hungry, Awok next store is the best take out Chinese food I've ever had. ;) read more

Honestly so disappointed... I was a regular customer here years ago before I moved to CA and returned today with my mother for a pedicure (2) and a manicure (1) no paint. For starters the technicians were making fun of a woman who came in! Out in the open... THEN when we cashed out it was $100+ for two basic ass pedicures and a mani with no paint. I live in Los Angeles and get better quality for $80. It's not the price solely just the fact that they were more interested in talking shit then performing their services. I agree with the first reviewer. I've had pedicures at many places, and this is one of few - at any price - where I don't notice mistakes afterward. Polish is applied properly in thin coats, so there's no premature chipping. The staff are always friendly, and they're efficient, so I get out in a reasonable amount of time.
