I am EXTREMELY particular about cleanliness, professionalism, and standards, and I can gladly say all have been met. I will now be scheduling ( must make an appointment!) all of my pedicures here at Lila's. This gel pedicure went to the beach, swimming pool, and jogged for 6 weeks and NEVER chipped or cracked - period! It only peeled where I peeled it. It was so well done, there wasn't much of a "Lip" where it grew out. Finally, I have NEVER trusted ANYONE with a drill on my nails - EVER! I feel comfortable enough with their technique and cleanliness to trust them with a drill. My manicure with regular polish also held up at the beach and pool! I tell no lies! I work in healthcare and needed to be able to remove it easily, so I opted for regular polish. Again, no regrets. I wish more salons were this well run.

I'm honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. I paid $147 total for a princess pedicure…read morefor my daughter and a pedicure for myself, but I was surprised by how much I was charged for the gel and especially the chrome. The princess pedicure was $28 with an additional $12 for gel, and my pedicure was $65 with an additional $20 for gel and another $15 for chrome. I've had chrome done at other nail salons and have never been charged an additional fee like this, so the $15 upcharge was especially surprising. I feel these additional charges should be made very clear to customers before the service is completed, rather than being added on unexpectedly. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue. I also had a nail that needed to be repaired, and while the nail artist was working on it, they cut me. I understand accidents can happen, but combined with the unexpected upcharges, it really took away from the overall experience. For the amount I paid, I expected better communication about pricing and a more careful service. I hope the salon considers being more transparent about additional charges, particularly for gel and chrome, and takes extra care when performing nail repairs.

The WORST salon I have ever been to in my life!!!…read more I came here for a regular sheer white, almond gel set. He tells me they don't have that color (who doesn't have white?) I tell him okay a regular white is fine then. Right off the bat, it's unsanitary. He didn't ask me to wash my hands like other salons do, so essentially people's hands are not washed when the tools are used on them. I didn't think much of it. As he's doing my nails, he keeps snapping at me to "relax." I have not said a word at this point. At first, I laughed it off, but he kept telling me to relax over and over which made me nervous and confused. As he's filing and painting them, I tell him calmly that they are too square and sparkly. He yells at me "ALMOND IS NO GOOD - SQUARE IS BETTER" and says "WAIT UNTIL I'M FINISHED!" How is he going to tell me what I want for my own nails? At the end when he's done filing the color, he asks me very rudely "better?" I say they are still very sparkly and very square. At this point, he's shouting and blaming me. Other customers and employees are staring. I show him the photo of what I asked for and how it's nothing like what he gave me. He keeps trying to blame me despite me repeatedly saying that I didn't want this shape or color. As I'm showing other employees the photos, he is still shouting from across the room, and no one tells him to stop. I said "how can he yell at customers like that, it's very rude" someone said everyone says he's rude (then why does he still work there!) and another employee tried to blame me saying "because I changed my mind" despite me only ever wanting one type of nail. Do not come here! They had to file my nails down to the bottom to remove the manicure and my nails are so scratched and sensitive now. They do not care about customers, only money. Disgusting salon. Photos included of what I asked for vs what i got. It was way sparklier than appearing in the photo
