Came to get a gel manicure, no one greeted me when I came in or let me know how long the wait was. They did have a lot of gel color choices (minimal OPI, which is my favorite). Once someone called me back, the customer service was much better. The lady kept a conversation going and was very nice throughout entire manicure. Overall, the quality of the service was average. The polish was applied very thick and looks like a blob on my finger nail. Polish is on my skin around my nails. I'm assuming it will only last 3-5 days. read more

I'm so disappointed. My full set acrylics costed $43, 35 for the nails and I gave a 8 dollar tip. Not only did I have to say the size and shape the guy but he made me bleed to the point where my pinky fingers blood was on the nail file and he put some kind of blue stuff (which he never asked if I was okay in general or with him putting on the liquid) I have no idea what it was it burned so badly and is still irritated. I usually go to a place in falls but didn't have the time and I had been here a year or two ago and they did a amazing job. I didn't feel comfortable saying anything at the time which I am super mad at myself for not doing. Not only this but the nails themselves are god awful. I'm not the type to complain I understand people have off days, I'm extremely polite but he also painted them horribly. Usually ruining my actual nails is worth the look of my acrylics but not at all this time. I am calling tomorrow to see if someone else can fix it, take it off, or possibly refund me. At this point I don't want them fixed I want them off and my money back. Which I don't think they will do any of it but I'll update tomorrow when I call. read more

I usually go here to get pedicures, which are great. 5/5 on the pedi. BUT overall I have to give 3/5 because I decided I wanted to get my finger nails done for spring break, so I got acrylics. I told the woman exactly how I wanted them done, even showed her a picture. I like my nails pretty short so I told her to make them shorter than how she had them, but she refused to make them shorter because she claimed "they would look ugly short". After going back and forth she still wouldn't cut them down to my liking. I also got burned a few times by the electric nail file.... Four of us stopped in at the salon and asked for different nail services. Two of us live locally and 2 were visiting from out of state. We especially stopped for a pedicure for one member of our group. A "technician" , ( I use the term, but she was not a qualified tech). Our out of state guest did not receive a pedicure as requested. The girl giving the service was questioned by my friend if she was going to soak her feet for the requested service and was repeatedly told "no" . The girl ended up polishing my friends toe nails and charged her for a polish change of her bare toes. My friend who had so looked forward to a spa pedicure, was extremely disappointed as we had plans to celebrate that evening. The manager laughed in our faces when we said we could come back before their return home, if he would honor a 1/2 price pedicure. The girl was not tipped nor was the manager, who had done a service for another one in our group. We were extremely dissatisfied, and the manager's disrespect showed the 2 local women to never return. Poor treatment does not deserve repeat business. read more

I receive a set of nails here - my first time and I did not know the correct words to use to get what I wanted. The nail technician made it a point to verbally reprimand me in a very loud voice for all the other customers to hear. Then proceeded to tell me that since I did not like the work (she did and had to redo) I was making a customer with an appointment have to wait. Seriously never have had such a terrible experience. Went with my bridal party and they rushed us so much that all of our nails look absolutely terrible. One of my bridesmaids talked with the nail techs and showed them how awful they looked, they proceeded to argue with my bridesmaid and after a lot of arguing, they finally redid them although they looked just as bad.
