I've also gotten my hair colored before by Nicole and she did an amazing job, I just think looking back on it that the color wasn't for me. But she's great for blondes. Everyone there is always super friendly and seem genuinely interested in getting to know me. I usually have a different person each time and they all have been super kind. I didn't get the style I wanted and ended up with botched blunt layers and badly bleached sections of my hair that didn't blend at all. The colors they had were very limited and lasted about 2 showers before my hair had no color and looked super crappy. Also the stylist left me sitting there while she did two other clients hair right in front of me. I wanted to complain there but I was tired and hungry and felt like I was about to cry so I just payed and left. Now I dye my weird blond parts at home and I curl my hair every morning because it looks terrible straight. Safe to say I will never be returning to this salon. Note: I brought a picture of what I wanted in color and style and printed it out to make it clear, and the stylist said with full confidence she could easily do it, so my hair was not the problem.
