I went to this nail salon because of a recommendation. I really enjoyed meeting the owners, a young couple and the vibe of the nail salon and planned to write a glowing 5 star review. However, after spending $120 on gel nails and a pedicure I would expect it to last longer than 24 hours. My toe nail polish chipped that evening and the hands chipped the following day. Unfortunately I left the next day for a flight and could not return to the salon to have it fixed. 3 days later the entire gel on my thumb came off. Gel nail polish should last 2 weeks minimum a few days later I had all the gel removed. read more

Walked in and they were able to make a spot for me and my friend. Got gel x French tipped nails. It was $75 for my nails, not including tips. They were very welcoming and funny. The place is very pretty and modern. I love my nails they look so pretty. I have very small thin nails and they were able to get nails that fit me. I hope they last. Unnatural looking, within 5 days "nails" pulling away from the nail bed, uneven length, chipping polish, too expensive, had to have the nail taken off. Traveling for work it is always hard to find a good nail place. I love this salonI wish I had found it sooner. All the staff is nice, it is a good mix of staff that all like to laugh and give each other tips and recommendations to each other on designs. Max has done my mani/pedi both times I have been there. The people were kind and helpful, however our nails ended up having lumps and some were not put in straight. They charged my friend $92(including 15% tip) for short/medium french tip acrylics. I got the same service my friend did and they charged me $85(including 15% tip) . Good salon! Ok, I'm picky when it comes to my beauty. I have been here many times because it's close to my home, and I have had all kind of nail specialists. Some have been mediocre, and some have been naaah, until I have met B. Yes, her name is B and she is owner of the salon. She is amazing with acrylic nails! I like my nails looking natural and thin, and she always makes them perfectly! Plus, she makes a wonderful French polish and her work, nails can last for 4 weeks until next correction. I saw other reviews and I will agree that place needs some cleaning and care of their tables. That's probably just one minus. The prices are not higher than in other places. And, Mrs. B is super professional- seriously, try her! I did today French ombré and I'm in love with them! btw, Mrs B also makes her work quickly and well! Definitely going back! read more

What an amazing transformation! New owners took over in May, 2021, so ignore reviews prior to then. I went here a few years ago and it did not impress me much. I heard it was under new ownership and went back yesterday. They have all new furniture, they have rearranged the rooms, repainted, totally new people! The tools are in individual, sanitized packages that they open in front of you. (that was one of my complaints with the last owner - they used tools out of their drawers; no way to know how often they were cleaned) I had a $40 pedicure and it included the most amazing massage. I may go back just for the new massage chairs and the leg and foot massage. LOL. Well done. read more

New Owners and it SHOWS! Hands down the best pedicures I have ever had - they actually massage!! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for pedicures for my group. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if they could do 8 pedicures at the same time and was assured they would have enough staff to do that. We arrived on time and had to wait but that was not a problem as we were choosing polish colors. There were only 5 staff to do 6 pedicures(two in our group could not make it). When I stated that I was unhappy that part of the group did not get service, I was told that they also have walk ins. Why take appointments if you have no intention of honoring them? Their attitude was very poor, making excuse after excuse. We will never return. read more

I went in Saturday morning. I was greeted and sat fairly quickly the nail tech was a nice guy. Once his appointment client came in he started rushing being sloppy. Couldn't remember what finger was getting what design. The over all nail shape and smoothness of my nails is a 3/10. The acrylic is so thick and uneven. I would not recommend this place to a friend. The last time I posted a review was when this salon was formally known as nail envy. It was the worst experience with a nail salon I had ever had and I told myself I would never go back. Years later, I decided to give this place another chance because it overall looked different and the reviews this time around were so good. The newer reviews are very much accurate under the new owners, just as the older reviews were accurate under the old owners. I had Max as my nail tech and he was amazing. He asked me how I wanted my nails shaped, how I wanted my french tip, if I liked his work as he was working. He did exactly what I described to him instead of doing what he thought would be best, or what he wanted to do, as i've had other nail artists do that despite articulating exactly what I wanted. He was so kind and his coworkers were also friendly. A totally different atmosphere than my original visit under the old owners. The new renovations are so good and it seems like the new owners really knew what they were doing across the board. Props to them to for being able to rebrand. If you also swore off nail envy in the past, i'd give Bellvy a chance. read more

A mediocre pedicure for a high end price! I got a pedicure and it was $37. I am fine with paying for a pedicure when it is relaxing and they take their time. This place seemed like they were rushing you through to move onto the next customer. The massage portion (which lets be real, is pretty much the only reason I get a pedicure) was barely two minutes and I was completely done in less than 20. If I was going for an express pedicure that would be great but this was not the case. My toenails are super short and the polish job is just okay. I wish I had just waited until I got home to get my pedicure! read more

My nails looked great and lasted forever!! I had the shellac manicure and usually that lasts me 2-3 weeks before chipping and making me crazy. Due to the Christmas season when I was here I didn't have a lot of time. By the time I had the polish changed it had been 4 weeks and everything still looked perfect except for the growth. The only thing that turned me off was that I called and they said "Come right in we can take you now" but when I got there I waited at least 20 minutes and no one really acknowledged me when I got there despite someone being up front working on nails when I walked in. read more

Chi did a near perfect job with my gel manicure today! I was going for a natural look that would last for a couple weeks and that was near my home in Copley. I am pretty picky when it comes to nail salons, but I will definitely be returning here! If I could give 0 stars that's what I would do. The owner of this business is horrible. He did my nails not once but twice and I came back a third time to have them redone and he's yelling saying he doesn't deal with people like me. The first set was a black gel set, one hand was dull and the other was shiny with a navy blue tint. He put the top gel coat on wet nails, and didn't let them dry. The second time, i asked to have them redone and he says we normally don't do this but whatever, so he did them & they were awful. I got yellow the second time and there was still black polish all under and around my nails. I asked him to remove all the black he said the yellow polish will cover it. Which it didn't. So, I came back today for a third time not even a week yet and 1 nails broke. He won't fix them not even soak them off. I originally asked for P to do my nails, and he wasn't even the one doing them. This business sucks. I wouldn't advise ANY one to go they're rude and don't care about their customers. He said he doesn't deal with "people like me" and told me to leave. I made an appointment for pedicures for me and my daughter. Let them know we had an appointment when we signed in. Sat there for 30 minutes, they hadn't even started us yet, so we walked out. This is the second time I've had a similar experience at this salon. I know it's a busy time of year, that's why I made an appointment... don't take walk ins before the people who made an appointment. I won't ever make that mistake again.
