The salon is easy to find but the parking situation isnt the best, but not the worst either. The front desk person was friendly and quick to get me checked in. Their waiting room had plenty of seating and was beautifully designed. I forgot the name of my nail tech but she did a great job at making me feel comfortable and do a great job on my toes. I booked an appointment as I remember it's typically always busy. I went in the evening and surprisingly, not busy at all. I arrive at my scheduled time, get seated and my nail tech goes to fix someone's broken nail delaying my start time by 20 minutes. Okay, I'll let that go. She finishes my pedi and says okay, hang tight he will do your manicure. The only male in the establishment had just started someone else's nails. I wait about 25 minutes then decided to leave as I know it's going to be at least another half hour before they start mine and I have to pick up my kids. I go to check out and the receptionist asks me, "aren't you getting your set". I point out that he hasn't even started on the color of the client he has now. She turns around to look, then turns back at me and with an attitude says "it's just color, it won't take that long". One, no respect for people's time. Two, how about an apology or something other than giving a customer a snarky comment back. You shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes to an hour between a manicure and pedicure, especially with having an appointment. In addition, this receptionist was the same person I talked to on the phone and was rude as well, bad for business. Will never return. Go elsewhere!

I got a pedicure done at this salon for the first and last time. The elderly woman that did my pedicure, cut down the side of my toe nail so far that it has caused an ingrown toe nail. I've been dealing with it now for a year and a half. It's been infected, swollen, red, hot, etc. and I have not had an ingrown toe nail since I was 12... I'm 25... During the appointment, it hurt and I told her so, pulled away, AND it was bleeding. I will be going to the podiatrist soon to finally have it fixed which is going to cause me to spend $500+??? Just for a pedicure. It is illegal for nail salons to clip toe nails down the sides and dig into the corners the way she did. I hope no one else has ever experienced this and I hope in the year and a half since I've been here, this lady has retired.
