Thursday May 19th I visited this nail salon with a friend for the first time. My first reaction was…read moreamazement at how nice and clean looking the place was. The employees were professional and friendly. I wish I could say that my experience continued in that direction but it did not. I choose to get dip powder on my hands and gel on my feet. The color I picked for my hands (as you'll see in my pictures) has a special sheen to it. Unicorn dust I believe it is called. Well, unknown to me until I got my bill at the end of my services to have this done it was an extra $20. I totally understand certain "extras" need an up charge for the extra time and effort it takes to do. However, as this was the first time I was getting a color like this I was unaware it was anything extra. If I had been told ahead of time I would have picked another color. Then to make matters worse my pedicure was less than what I expected & paid for. I choose the middle of the road option ($50) and as I stated before had gel polish applied. I had asked to have my nails trimmed short, which didn't happen. I'm aware it was my fault for not speaking up unfortunately I didn't notice until it was too late. Now it is just over 2 weeks later (Friday June 3rd). I have 2 cracked nails, the $20 extra I paid for is coming off already, and 3 of my toes are completely void of gel polish. They didn't chip at all. Just fell right off. This is not my first time having my nails done. I've been able to go weeks at a time with no damage when using other salons. My friend that came with me has had similar problems as well. Sadly, given the cost and the result I will not be returning to this salon. You can see my pictures as proof of the situation. I came here my last time and they cut my cuticle and then kept dipping it in alcohol to get it to stop bleeding, but it was so cut that it wouldn't stop and then they tried to "do me a favor" and do that nail for "free" if I wanted to come back later once it stopped bleeding... their prices keep going up too, so I think I'm just done.

I understand the woman that did mine had a sore back or something, but it cost $136 for the two of us plus the $50 tip. i've never had a pedicure done where they don't even get the calluses off, none of them. I also had to go home and file two of my toenails because they were so sharp.. I don't think I have ever complained online about any services how bad they have been but this just was wrong because it was a treat something I can't afford to do all the time. The massage chairs and the other workers seem to be doing a good job. I think I might've just got a bad employee or maybe one that was having a bad day. It just cost me a lot of money for her to have a bad day.
