I just received my first pedicure at the salon and it was outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

Went here for the first time yesterday for a pedicure. It is a nice, clean salon with very good chairs. I would go again just to sit in the chair for a while as it had strength settings (which I've never seen elsewhere). The pedicure itself was great with a very long massage. I did not feel rushed at all, nor like anyone was rude. I am a quiet person, though, and usually like to read or shop online during pedicures, and don't really like to be disturbed. Prices are a little on the high side, but for the massage and attention I received, I do think they are fair. I did not realize they want cash only tips, and was not prepared for that. If you go, bring cash to tip them. read more

We used to go here, myself, husband and daughter. Last time I went I got a set of nails put on. They were long but I thought I could manage. Turns out I couldn't, and my friend told me to call and ask if they would trim them down for me because her nail salon will do it. The lady just said nope. I'm officially obsessed with this place after one visit and I'm really excited to tell you why! Normally when I go to a nail place I'm treated like a burden, barely talked to, and when I am talked to I honestly can't understand anything they are saying. I've had some really shotty nail jobs that leave me uncomfortable and in pain after I've damaged a nail. However, when I came to 1st class I experienced the complete opposite! When I walked in I was greeted right away and had a short wait. While I was waiting I was really surprised to watch the techs talk with each other and the clients TOGETHER! They were laughing, having a good time, and really seemed to enjoy their job and their clients. This to me was a win immediately - atmosphere is huge to me as I work in the hospitality field! I had Angie, who was beyond nice and skilled. She had to repair two nails and did it so quickly and painlessly I didn't even know she was on them!! She talked to me and made me feel really comfortable while I was there. I can't wait to go back to her. Overall the 5 stars I gave really aren't even enough!!! I will become a loyal patron here after my experience. Tips: Pay with cash and they give you 7% off (essentially tax), appointments are only available Monday - Thursday along with walk ins (no appointments on the weekend). read more

I have been going here for a little over a year now and I love it! The nail techs are experienced and I have never walked out of here unhappy. I will say this..go during a weekday, the weekends they are FULL and do not take appointments so expect to wait a while if you go on a weekend. They have new pedicure chairs for little girls they are Cinderella, my daughter loves getting pedicures and often comes with me as i get a fill. I suggest the Shellac if you are getting acrylic nails with a design, it stays much longer and looks better. read more

I have been going here for 3 years and I never go anywhere else. All of the nail techs are incredibly nice and do a very good job. They are busy on Saturday a lot but if you go at 9:30 am when they open, obviously no wait time. Also later in the evening around dinner time is a good time to go. I go during the week and just avoid Saturday altogether. Anywhere on a Saturday there is going to be a longer wait time. They have probably 300+ different gel polishes and a good variety of OPI nail polish as well. They can do different designs and will help you come up with something of your own. The pedicures are amazing in the massage chairs. They also can do some waxing services as well. I recommend 1st Class Nails to everyone in the area. read more

I wouldn't go there again. I'm from out of town, had to drive to Columbus and asked them if there was a wait, they said no so instead of just getting my hands done I said pedicure as well. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and never had a problem with any place not repairing the polish when there is an issue. I went Friday morning and by Saturday morning it was all discolored. I was out of town Friday evening until last night. Went today and they said I'd have to pay $30 for a polish change cause they don't know why it happened. Yea well me neither, I didn't do anything different. The color on my two white nails has the exact color as my other nails on them somehow. It's not from chemical use. It's clearly the polish. The shellac doesn't just jump from one nail to the other! That's horrible customer service! Especially for a repeat customer. Absolutely absurd. I love my tech but the owner said they have to charge me. Greedy and unprofessional! read more

I came here while in town visiting. My actual pedicure was very good. However, I was very annoyed with the wait time. I completely understand having busy days and that's fine. The problem to me is that they told us we would only be waiting 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes for a chair and then sat in a chair for 15 minutes before anyone came to help us. Again, I understand busy days but the owner, who told us 15 min, had to know it would take longer than that... The woman that did my pedi and eyebrows was awesome though! Just know if you are in a hurry and they tell you fifteen minutes, it may not be completely accurate. read more

I have visited this nail salon a few times, the 1st time they did really well, the times after that not so great. But the very last time, just before I left for vacation I went in to get a mani-pedi with a tech by the name of Shanee, I wasn't impressed at all, the foot/leg massage was just "blah" no pressure whatsoever. I mean when you come in to get a pedicure you come in for that massage as well as making your nails look great. Well after I left I noticed that some of my nails were not painted the right way and the top coat wasn't painted on the nail all the way, you can actually see where the top coat is missing, and for some reason the white nail polish I choose is turning pink. My nails just look horrible for the price I paid, they are not even enough, cuticles were not treated enough and the nail polish is turning pink, really just not worth the price. I understand the price is the same for everyone but it shouldn't cost that much if they are not doing the job right. I also feel like the staff pays great attention to their best/ well known customers only. read more

Went in for a "gel" manicure. No, their gel manicures are just acrylics with gel polish not a true gel manicure. Which is not what I was told over the phone. I felt like the tech was rushing the entire time and spent most of the time chatting with the tech behind her. Argued with me over nail shape and the end result is inconsistent length and uneven shape. Didn't push back my cuticles at all so after 2 days my set already had a small gap. Best thing about it was their huge selection of polish colors, but that's about it. read more
