Eric was my tech and he was fabulous! the spa pedi was so relaxing! I most recently brought my elderly mother in law for a dip manicure. She was visiting from Pittsburgh. Since she doesn't drive and doesn't go out much I wanted to make sure she had a good experience. She was pleasantly greeted by Fong. he offered water, joked with her and made her feel very comfortable. Her anxiety is usually terribl, but after the experience she raved about how pretty her nails looked and how much she liked Fong. She wants to visit more often just for her nails. With just 4 hours before me appointment, Kimberly had an emergency pop up and cancelled my appointment. Apparently, with the business merging with The Edge, my appointment was not crucial. I work every day until 5:00 p.m., so my hours are very limited to when I can get my hair done. The receptionist tried to book me an appointment for next Friday at 10:30 a.m. and I told her "I work".
