Eric was my tech and he was fabulous! the spa pedi was so relaxing! I most recently brought my elderly mother in law for a dip manicure. She was visiting from Pittsburgh. Since she doesn't drive and doesn't go out much I wanted to make sure she had a good experience. She was pleasantly greeted by Fong. he offered water, joked with her and made her feel very comfortable. Her anxiety is usually terribl, but after the experience she raved about how pretty her nails looked and how much she liked Fong. She wants to visit more often just for her nails. To be fair, the owner and another young lady seemed to be training a new person, but I had three different people working on my pedicure. Only one foot got massaged. My nails were barely trimmed even though I asked several times that they be cut shorter. One person worked on one foot, she got up and someone else did the other foot, then someone else came over to paint my nails. It was the same for my friend. As much money as we've spent here, we felt really short-changed this visit and time before, so we probably won't be going back. I made an appointment online which was pretty easy, when I arrived I checked in and sat down. I was taken to the chair pretty quickly. The gentleman that did my pedicure was VERY nice, however when I mentioned I had an ingrown toenail starting, I was informed that they charge an ADDITIONAL $10 for the removal (but since it didnt bleed they wouldn't charge me this time). $55 dollars for the service that doesn't clean under nails, barely trimmed the extra skin around the cuticles, doesnt remove ingrown toenails, and had a VERY limited "regular" nail polish selection. So because we don't want to have a drill remove color we get scrappy colors? I guess I won't be returning
