I was dumbfounded. Absolutely not acceptable behavior or customer service. Also they have told my friends and me they don't take appointments, but as I'm sitting there I hear them take calls for certain people and say, "how does 11 sound?" Good bye. Shellac polish frequently made my nails brittle and weak and they would constantly break. I was told that I needed to try the structured gel and I'm so happy I did. Highly recommend it if you like shellac, but it makes your nails weak/you don't like the soak off process. The nail technicians are nice and the ones I see do a great job. I have been able to get designs on my nails that look like what I want them to. I feel like other places I have gone, they never quite get it right. Their scheduling system is pretty easy to use.
