I have had a few of the wax specialists there and everyone has been very very nice and professional. They are understanding of last minute cancellations and are very accommodating to you schedule. They have products that they sell there as well, but I've never felt pressured to buy more than what I need from them. In fact, on my first time in the wax specialist told me that the length of hair was not long enough to wax and that the treatment would be uneven, so she rescheduled me for a week later instead of just doing the wax just because I was there. The store is clean and each room is private with a door that fully closes from top to bottoms. Their rooms aren't like stalls that could potentially make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to others, and I will continue to go back as well.

I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg.
