I have gotten many pedicures at JE Nail Spa. They do a terrific job. I normally see Quay, who gives just the best foot and leg massage. He is also very gentle cutting my toe nails, which are ingrown, so that's not always easy. I would recommend Quay, he's really good at his job! read more

Clean and modern but the vibe is low. The customer service was bland. Three of us went together but the techs spoke to each other and only spoke to us when necessary. The one tech seemed to rush through it and took a phone call during our time. No offering of a beverage. The nail job of the guy that seemed rushed was not great. They don't have facilities for children so our 5 yr old had to sit on the edge of her seat. They were open on Sunday which is why we chose them rather than our regular spot. read more

My nail tech Quay does an amazing job on my nails. They are always beautiful and the hand massage with manicure is always relaxing.

The technicians speak in their native language while working on your feet, I find this disrespectful and unprofessional. The gentleman working on my feet constantly talked with the older Nail Tech working adjacent to him., not paying attention to my pedicure. I got no massage. He cut my cuticle after draining all the water out of the pedicure bowl. He did not dry my feet. Who does that? They have watered down the polish for natural nails it is thin as water and goes on dull. This has to be one of the most unprofessional and cheap salons I've ever been to! There were other technicians that were engaging with their customers and not talking in their native language. There are many mail salons to choose from. This is one I will not patronize again. His tip for this pedicure is - go learn etiquette! read more

Coming in from out of town I walked in mid day on a Friday for a mani with tips and was greeted pleasantly at the door. My tail tech Sam was tremendous. He made sure I was satisfied throughout the (long) process with ombré dip! One of the best manicures I've had in a while. read more

This is the local place I go to for pedicures and while they are very good, they are very overpriced! I went in for a gel pedicure and it was a $30 additional charge for gel. I get my nails done elsewhere because of these ridiculous up charges. I can understand $5-$10 but $30?! read more

Well, if you find booking an appointment and then waiting for 45 minutes (only to be told that it was going to be another 40 minutes) relaxing then this is the salon for you! Had to ask the desk how much longer (after 45 minutes and four other guests who arrived after us, without appointments, were served before us). My recommendation, go somewhere else! read more

Well staffed (including reception!). This spa was clean, they got me in right away and had many techs working, I only had to wait 10 minutes as a walk in. I got a gel pedicure and was offered to upgrade and hot stone massage, which I declined but it's nice they offered. Plenty of colors to pick from. Would definitely return! I got my nails done here and the guy that did my nails filed my natural nails down WAY too deep, he never pushed my cuticles back and was all around rough with me. After 3& 1/2 hours of removing them you can visibly see the damage cause by a worker at this salon. Do not recommend for a full set at all. read more

so I will start with this was my favorite salon. the salon is always clean I will give them that and someone always says hello when you walk in. HOWEVER... I'm in a wedding this Friday and wanted to have my nails freshly done so I came to the salon because I was in the area and I asked to have white nails with a little bit of sparkly gold which was fine I needed to get a pedicure and a full acrylic set for my nails the first woman I had wasn't very approachable but that was fine not really you know talkative which was OK I had had a long day however she was very short when I did ask questions seemed as if maybe I irritated her more then when I went to get my acrylic set done The gentleman was very nice however my nails are a bit thick and crooked little did I know that the gold part that would be on my nails would cost an additional $20 had I known that I would've just got a plain color I understand their prices sometimes are a little higher than other salons but it would've been nice to know not to mention they didn't really use any oils on my cuticle after so my nails just look very dry overall not very happy considering I spent over $130 here today you would think you would leave happy .. my pedicure does not look great either I should of done it at home ive added in photos to show read more

I don't even know where to start. I waited and hour and a half and I have no issue with waiting if it is a good service,but I went to get a mani pedi and when I was getting my pedicure she did not do any of foot scrubbing which is what I love getting done ( I went home and did it myself). She cut my cuticles to the point were I started to bleed and she said see this is why you need to trim your toe nails.... I went to cos school.... After that we went to do the manicure where she opened the tools that were in a sanitized bag which is amazing but then dropped the nippers on the floor picked them up and used them. She put the tools on a towel that she wanted me to put my hands on and I asked if she could get a new towel because that one had cuticles and pieces of nails trimmings on it. It was disgusting and the tools were not sanitized because of that. When she gave me my hand massage she was pushing so hard her fingernails left an imprint in my hand and started to bleed . Also the polish that was used for the base was infected with a bacteria and now my nail looks like this. I never write reviews because I understand no one is perfect and no company is perfect but this is disgusting and should never happen to anyone. read more

Very clean and new salon but Thuy gave me the most painful pedicure I've ever received. I have scabs on both my big toes because she cut my cuticles. Even the lower leg massage hurt because she pressed on my shins so hard. The clear coat of polish did not reach my cuticles on most of my nails so I'm sure they will chip soon. I took my 3 year-old twin nieces here to get their nails done for the first time. The nail polish wall was incredible! They loved picking out colors. One of the ladies painting their nails was incredible. She did everything for my niece that she would have done for an adult. She even gave her the thin shoes and paper towel between her toes. The lady who did my other niece was ok. She did a good job painting her nails, but didn't give her the experience my other niece received. We even had to ask for the little shoes. I would recommend this place because they do a good job, but the overall experience will be determined by which manicurist does your nails. read more

Not up front on prices. For two basic pedicures @ $36 each and two nail fills @ $25+ Each was $255.60?! So where was the up charge for being our first experience at this location...the nail polish by getting gel polish that is Included at other locations (French Tip) is a $20+ upchage. We had four different people and the last one finally said the price was different after the fact of toes and one fill done. What a rip off! The services is no different than down the street!!!!
