I asked for luminary they didn't have it but said they have something similar basically the same thing. then they gave me very thick chunky acrylic. Service was mediocre. I was charged $10 for regular nail polish remover . The pedicure was really lackluster, nails weren't really trimmed or filed. I didn't want to keep asking for additional work. Immediately wanted to leave the moment I sat down. Was very flustered on my birthday. The actual technician was nice. It was very pricey. For a basic pedicure and gel plus polish removal on 6 toes(regular polish) was $63 not worth it. My favorite place I got and pay $50 and tip $10. Where to start. Li did my pedicure. He showed me the menu and pointed to the most expensive option. When I said I wanted the basic, he had an attitude that continued the whole time. My sister was paying for both of our pedicures and we didn't realize they automatically added a tip to the bill. When she asked where to put the tip on the bill, the girl said oh, I can add that on your credit card. Never being honest and telling her it was already added. When I got home, I looked at my toes and realized what a horrible job Li had done. They were horribly jagged. I had to file them myself for quite a long time. Being new to the area I have been struggling to find a nail salon for a pick me up here and there for myself. This nail salon seemed like the best choice considering location and pricing. A few takeaways from my experience: - they WILL use products you did not ask for/products you tell them not to use and charge you for it (such as gel color which is an additional charge) - you will be pointed to the gel colors when asked to choose a color, please read the polish bottle if you are avoiding additional charges. Since you chose it without knowing it, you will pay for it. The polish wall is very overwhelming, but take the time to make sure you're not grabbing a gel if you are avoiding that. (If your price is more than the quoted price at check-in, it's likely these additional services happened without your knowledge) The end result: Was alright, however it was very rushed and you can tell the more you examine your nails after a few hours of leaving. I hope to return at some point because it wasn't terrible, but when you go here, you to be aware and to speak up. Inside is a nice area, pretty painted ceilings A seating nightmare for an introvert though. This is my go-to spot for manicures and pedicures!! My tried and true is a Pink and White Ombré and they never miss! My favorite tech for this style is Ha. She is very efficient when she does your nails and super gentle. Ha is very nice and aims to give exactly what you want. 11/10 wonderful experience! Today my husband and I went to get some relax time, we make an appointment for manicure and pedicure and they just took care of the worst pedicure, they didn't even ask if the job was right or wrong (super bad in fact my nails still long and in bad shape and they didn't remove the dead skin from the cuticles) and they only withdrew and left us waiting about 40 minutes for the manicure and we better decide to go to the register to pay and withdraw, we are very disappointed my husband and I because it is supposed to be a relax day and we leave there stressed and a little sad, they don't even dare to ask how you are, they only speak in their language and laugh, making us think that they are making fun of us. read more

She has done both these designs for me by hand and only goes off of the Pinterest picture I showed her. I have no idea what people are complaining about. This place is awesome and I have been there multiple times. The first time was for a fantastic pedicure. I went all out and go the slightly more expensive one which included extra lotion, a parafin dip, a glass of wine, and the works. the only negative thing I would say is the wine was not good. Free, but not good. However, I went to the spa for a pedi not a cocktail! Second time I went was for a manicure and again I had great service. I love that they offer a cash discount and only allow you to tip in cash. This is how life should be. I also have to say I am appalled at the people leaving poor reviews because most of the staff speaks English as a second language. Every staff encounter I have had was delightful. Today was my first visit at this nail salon. My gel polish was scraped off with a Drindel tool. That should never be used on natural nails. I had two separate women, one who did my pedi and one who did my Mani. Neither spoke enough English to be able to discuss anything. I had two colors picked out ...one for toes one for hands and could not get them to understand which was which until I put one on my foot and one on my hand. Then one of the ladies picked up the bottle for my hands and took it away and put it back on the shelf. The Drindel tool was enough for me to know that this is not a place I want to do business with. This place is great! Annie does a fantastic job and so do the others! I have had rave reviews each time I get my nails done there! The color selection is on point, they do reg, gel, dip and more! I went to Belden Nails and Spa because I needed my nails done for an event and poor planning on my part, I had to do a walk in here. My nails looked horrible. The shape was awful and they were so thick. I asked if they could do a specific design and they said yes. I asked for the same colors in the picture I provided and they agreed. First time there so I told the receptionist what I wanted and she asked another lady and I was quoted $39-45, ok no problem. I SPECIFICALLY NO GEL. She repeated it twice to the gentleman and nail tech doing my nails I said NO GEL. I picked my color and the nail tech turned around and got something else. I went here to go get my nails done the other day, as I had a nail appointment at 12pm. People who didn't have an appointment got their nails done first, even though I had an appointment. Then the nail guy I had didn't even fully glue my ring nail on, my gems on my nails fell off a day after getting them done, nails chunky and thick, and not to mention my nails don't really look like what I asked for. I will be coming back in to get them redone, and will update this review if they fix them. Apparently they fix nails for free, so I'll see how that goes. I want to start off by saying that when I first walked into the establishment it was a clown house. There were numerous costumers waiting around so I was happy that I had booked an appointment only for it to be completely disregarded and have to sit and wait. Once I finally get seated, I reiterate that I wanted a fill and a new color for my acrylics. I show a reference photo, and the nail tech looks from the photo to my nails like I am asking her to turn my nails into shrimp (all I wanted was a French tip). Finally, after ten minutes of asking her co-workers how to do my nails, another hour and a half go by just doing the fill, just for me to end up with the lowest quality manicure known to mankind. Only a week after getting my nails done they have lifted to the moon or just chipped! I have never had a set of acrylic nails break right down the center before. A friend recommend this place to me because this is where she gets her nails done, but I think it's safe to say I'm NEVER coming back. read more

My pedicure took almost an hour and then I waited another hour before someone could do my manicure, meanwhile 7 other people just walked in and were serviced before me - WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and yelled at me from across the room in front of 20+ people. The girl who did my manicure sliced two of my fingers open and all of my nails are uneven and poorly shaped. Insanely overpriced. I have never been to a salon where NO ONE wants to do your nails...I had an appointment for 3 pedicures, a gel manicure and a dip manicure. I have been to salons where someone is doing your toes and someone else your nails at the same time. They close at 7pm however we were there at 6pm, there were employees walking around smoking their vapes but noone wanted to make any extra money. The first time I went I ended up with one of the guys as my nail tech and he applied the dip super thick but they we're ok for the time being. When I needed a fill I thought I'd give them another go and sneak away over lunch to get them done. I ended up with a different guy (thinner) but he was aggressive and sloppy AF. I asked for almond shaped, black dip. None of the tips are consistent, he ended up cutting one of my fingers, and there was glue and dip everywhere. When I asked him to clean it up he did a crappy job, and proceeded to wipe my hand with acetone/remover, even on the open cut - . Underneath my nails are all caked up with glue and rough edges. The gentleman that did my pedicure literally laughed at my feet and didn't get all the dead skin off for a "deluxe". The gentleman that did my manicure was kind but clearly in a hurry. He cut my skin twice and also the gel is damaged on my thumb. He didn't color my entire nail beds, but managed to paint the skin of every finger. I've recently relocated, but would gladly travel two hours home to go to my old salon. I'm incredibly disappointed and it's not worth the $90. Would not recommend!! I went in for a acrylic fill. The gentleman that did my nails kept bringing back a blue shade of polish when I asked for GREEN to go with a certain design. After the second time of him going back because he had the wrong color he mumbled something under his breath and stomped off snatching my phone from me to look at the picture. He cut my skin four times to where I was bleeding and he didn't do anything about it. He rushed through my nails leaving polish all over my skin after scraping my skin to get the polish off he just left it there. I paid 70 dollars for a FILL when they turned out horrible and lumpy. I was unable to get into my regular nail place due to scheduling issues so decided to give Belden nails a try, as I have had friends go with good experiences. Mind you, this is back in mid-October. I had made an appointment online for a new set and specified that I wanted elaborate nail art. I come in at my scheduled time and was asked to wait about 10 min. No issue, the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. I then get taken back to my tech, who immediately starts talking terribly about who did my nails beforehand. I explain to him that they were 5-week-old acrylic, I couldn't get into my original place, and I was aware that I needed a new set. He wasn't having any of it. started saying some terrible things about other nail places and how I should only come and see him from now on. Not very professional in my opinion. He continues my nails and then asks what I wanted for color. I respond with "In my booking I requested elaborate nail art for Halloween I have some ideas I'd like to run past you." I show him the picture of a Queja / witchy inspired nails and he just looks at me with nothing to say for a minute. He then rolls his eyes and gives me a list of reasons why I shouldn't get "those nails"..."Halloween in only one day a year, they will be expensive, they won't look right for the shape of nail you want" ext. (i asked for medium stiletto nails) I told him that money wasn't an issue and Halloween was my favorite holiday of the year and he kept coming up with more and more excuses. After about 20 min of going back and forth HE finally agrees to do black and orange glitter on my nails. At that point I was ready to be done and out of there I was so frustrated. Ran me about $85 for compromise after compromise when I was willing to pay $$$ for what I really wanted. In retrospect I should have written a review right when it happened but thought I was overreacting, until a friend of mine had a similar experience. I won't personally be back which is a shame because, the place really was beautiful, clean, and any other staff I had interactions with were beyond polite. read more
