We were staying at the hotel so I had a massage on Friday and a facial on Saturday. The prices are extremely reasonable for the level of service provided. The facial included the bells and whistles that some spas don't provide. If you have experienced a facial where they put a mask on then leave you in the room for 20 minutes only to come back wipe off the cleanser and send you on your way- come to Toni for a facial that includes treatment on your feet, arms and shoulder massage and a facial that leaves your skin glowing! I had to Google "Ataraxis" to find out the meaning-"the absence of stress or anxiety; serenity". Exactly the state I left in! Hope you are fortunate enough to experience the same.

After I was already scheduled for 10:00 with requested females you called me leaving me a voicemail that you had to move my appointments to 11:30, but said everything we talked about would be the same. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here.
