She spent a good 10 - 15 mins. doing the dermaplane (which she did a very good job). So if you are adding on a service and paying for it, it should not take time away from your original service. The facial itself was disappointing, it consisted of serval products applied to my face and hot towels. I have much better facials for less! You are paying for the name and the experience. However, I have been to several other spas that are just as nice or nicer. Such a shame!
