I called back and again confirmed with you that I would have female technicians. I asked you specifically who my services were with and you told me Bridgette, Christine, and Lydia. When I got to the spa for my appointment, to my surprise I had a man for my facial which I specifically did not want. You also changed my other technicians! As a previous managing aesthetician and spa receptionist I am very disappointed in my experience here. You should take female requests seriously especially when these requests could be because of a person's religion or trauma! Thanks a lot!

Their office was to schecule my surgery, clear it with my insurance company and let me know. I has been almost 2 months. I feel like they only want to work with "pretty people" who are getting implants and botox. I don't think she wanted to bothered with me (obviously). Probably the sketchiest massage place I've ever been to. When I drove up, I almost left. It's in a…read morerather industrial area and the building looks decrepit from the outside. I gave it a shot because the reviews were so good. I will say the massage was pretty good but paying and tipping in advance is odd. I could hear children in the building and a different therapist walked in on me afterwards while I was dressing which was uncomfortable. I definitely could feel the residual ache 2 days after the deep tissue massage. I liked the hot stones that I didn't know was included.
