$$$

Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

I returned in 2025 for the same thing and received a poor result as the 11 lines remained. I went back a second time in 2025 for them to correct and must have received saline injections because the 11 lines remained. I requested a refund and Rachel declined by saying she did a great job in 2024, so its fine that she failed in 2025. Absurd. Rachel's demeanor, professionalism, and conversation declined as well. I don't know what happened to her, but I'm sorry for her, I still had 11 lines, and I still want my money back. Go elsewhere because Rachel is something else now.

No. At least, NO for me. I had disappointing experience. I…read morefeel bad that it's a first review and it's a negative review... But, I wasn't happy with my experience. Let's start from the beginning. I got the certificate from the fundraiser; it was worth 100$. I knew this spa from Brecksville location which I didn't like either. I thought that I will give a try for the second time so I booked the appointment. When I called, I specifically asked about facials. The front lady said 3 options and I chose Vitamin C facial- 125$. Now, let's stop for a moment. What do you understand by word "facial"? When I think about a facial, I imagine cleansing, opening pores, massage, serum or mask and at least 45-60 minutes experience. Again, this is how I understand a word "facial" or what I had received in the past. I came to the spa that was located in the plaza. The place was clean, modern and elegant. However, the vibe of the place was cold and unfriendly. No one greeted me, no one noticed me- I took papers on my own and started fill out. Next, my Aesthitician or maybe I should call her a technician called me and we left to the room. The lady, Shawna, was nice and talkative. She told me to lay down but said that I could stay in the sweater bc the facial was just for the face. The beginning of the facial was cleansing. I need to admit the product that Shawna used was enjoyable and soft. After the cleansing, the lady put Vitamic C mask (she called it a mask). I had the mask for 10 min. I just lied there in the silence with the music in the background. The mask had tingling effect. After 10 min, Shawna removed the mask; however, she never changed the gloves so I still had unpleasant tingling while she put cream and serum on my face. Then, she said: "we are done". Yeaaa... 18 min total... and I was lighter on 125$ lol. Ok, so why was I dissatisfied? First, it wasn't facial but acid treatment- my face was swollen all day and next day too. I wasn't prepared for it and nobody even explained that the facial was actually acid procedure. Def ask questions before coming to any service, otherwise you will be disappointed. Second, all what Shawna did it was application of the product... I could do this at home! She didn't do anything that I couldn't perform by myself. The last one was time. This procedure and experience wasn't worth 125$ for 20 min. Nope. I had better experience for less money and longer time. And now, I still need a facial because I hadn't received it. I put two stars for the interior and friendly aesthetician. One tip- if it happens that you will visit this place, check in on yelp and you will get 10$. However, I do not recommend this place or any of their locations. It was my second time and 2nd time disappointed. Response to the business owner: Thank you for you comment. The first time, I visited the spa in 2018, so it was 2 years ago. Between 2018 and now, I went to so many places that it's hard to remember all. And yes, I had never returned. But this time, my bf bought me a coupon at the fundraising, so I decided to check out this location. The problem is that the services that your spa offers don't say exactly what people will get. I was misled by the lady on the phone when I booked the facial. I asked specifically about the facial, nothing medical, but just a simple facial. She had never mentioned about time frame or that "the facial" was actually acid treatment. And, I believe that those two are two different procedures. The first time when I came, I had 2 stimulating facials, what actually happened to be mechanical facials or facials done by the machine. Then, I was misled by the name too. I regularly go to all kind of places, and I do have what to compare with. Plus, I'm yelping since 2012 and I know how hard is to find a good place for the service or to get a decent food. I write honest reviews about my subjective opinion with objective observations. These reviews help people to decide where they want to go and what experience they may get. In all my reviews, I state my final opinion if I would recommend the place to someone or not. I didn't say nothing negative about the technicians that were nice the first time and the second time. The same with the interior, it was elegant and modern. However, the atmosphere wasn't friendly same as your comment back to me. In the end, I did not sign any policies that would say something about taking and posting the pictures.
