Coming here Valerie made me feel very comfortable as I could tell that her and the salon are doing everything that they can in the current situation to keep everyone safe which I found to be totally awesome and made me feel at ease! This visit was just simple for me with a trim and a blow dry as this was much needed and after the time it took Valerie to do this I could already see the results of how awesome my hair looked as she did an incredible job! For the awesome work that Valerie did her prices were just right as it wasn't too pricey but just perfect for the services that she offers which was awesome because I know that's not the way with a lot of other stylists. One of my favorite things about coming to Valerie is that she specializes in doing blonde hair so that was definitely something that just made me trust her more and I must say she definitely does it right. The whole time she was very nice and professional in every way asking if I liked the way she was cutting it which really means a lot as you really do want to go to someone who actually cares about what they are doing to you it's for that reason that I'm totally sure I will be going back to her again in the next few months as I know I can trust her to do what I want with my hair for it to turn out perfect! Overall this was a great experience and totally worth my time and money to visit her with the quality work she does I know it will be only a matter of time before I come back again thank you Valerie for making my hair look amazing!

Trying a new stylist is a terrifying experience for me. I am really particular about my hair. I had…read morebox braids for about 5 weeks and after I took them out and detangled (mostly) my hair I decided to get some professional help. Quality of service 10/10 - Wash, condition, trim, style. She takes care while detangling your hair, she does not rip through or cause breakage. It's great. Timeliness 10/10 - I never had to wait between and of the hair care steps. Results 10/10 - I got my hair straightened with a bit of a curl to add layers and movement. The curls lasted for an entire week and I worked out a few times. The roots got a little frizzy from sweat but no hair dresser can prevent that! Little things: keeping you dry with a nice microfiber cloth at the base of your neck after deep condition!!! Good conversation. She seems like a genuinely decent human being. Which is always nice lol Even the location is great. I cannot overstate how happy I am with this salon. I will be returning! And updating my review:)

Myself and my wedding party came here for our hair styles on my wedding day. All the bridesmaids…read morewere getting their hair done in low side-buns with some curled pieces, I was getting a half-up/half-down curled style. I was with Jessica, who was extremely rude. I had my trial run scheduled for Wednesday of the week I was getting married. Long story short, I had to cancel my trial run due to unavoidable circumstances that were out of my control. When I came in for my styling, my hair was already straightened from the day before, which I've always been told to do since my hair is naturally very bushy, frizzy, and wavy. Jessica made multiple comments about it saying "you shouldn't have come in with it straightened" and when I apologizer and said I didn't know, she made another snide comment saying, "well this is why you should've come to your trial". She made other short, rude comments along the lines of how much hair I had and how she wished she would've known (even though I told the receptionist when I scheduled) and just seemed exacerbated by everything. My hair did turn out great in the salon, but fell out quickly due to the heat. I had to re-curl my hair myself in my hotel room before heading to our venue. On top of the poor service, they charged me a whopping $85 for a HALF up-do! Literally all she did was pin up half of my hair and curl it. Way over-priced for what was done, but because it was my wedding day and had places to be, I just paid it and left. I recommend to anyone getting their hair done for their wedding day to explore other options. You'll probably get better service and a better price somewhere else.
