I must have read the mani/pedi price list wrong because the bill was $115. That's outrageous & way more than CA pricing. It wasn't even that good of a pedicure, i have tons of rough spots & caluses. My husband said that his was nice & gentle. I think the lady doing my pedi rushed because it was a gel pedi. I do like the color. I thought it was $35 plus another $20 for gel, again way more than the best salons near me in CA. I couldn't believe the price, I feel bad to locals & would definitely not go back if I was local. My sister got a basic pedi with regular polish it was $45.

I have gone to this salon for over a year off and on. Weds. of this week was one of the worst…read moreexperiences of a pedicure that I have ever had! My friend had the owner do her toes & she was done in 30 minutes. I had to wait until someone came in to work to do mine. She put her fingers on my toes at least 3 times & had to remove the polish completely & start over. In the meantime, the owner had taken the polish to use on her next client, so I had to wait until she was finished with it. Seriously???? We had only been there about 40 minutes. Neither of our toes were dry 2 hours later after we went to Costco afterwards. I will NOT go again! EVER

(1 Star) **$110 for Cracked Calluses, Jagged Cuticles, and a…read moreCondescending Lecture** I paid for an $80 premium pedicure with callus treatment and left a $30 tip, expecting professional results. Instead, I left with ragged cuticles, extra skin left all over my toes, and calluses on the ball of my foot and my big toe that hadn't even been touched. I called the salon to politely request a quick touch-up for the missed spots. The manager told me to come in, but instead of simply fixing their careless work, the technician gave me an attitude. She made excuses about not being able to remove thick calluses and barely did any actual filing. To make matters worse, she then had the nerve to give me a condescending lecture about needing to put Vaseline and socks on my feet at home. It is incredibly insulting to be given a homework assignment by a business after paying them $110 to do a job because a physical disability prevents me from doing it myself. The second 'touch-up' attempt was completely subpar. My feet look exactly the same, the extra skin is still there, and the callus on my big toe is now visibly cracked. I am attaching photos of my feet immediately after leaving the salon so everyone can see exactly what an $80 premium service at Ruby Nails gets you. If you want a salon that honors its prices, does the job right the first time, and treats customers with respect instead of making excuses, take your hard-earned money somewhere else.
