First time at this location 3 days ago for a full set. Andrea did a 5 star fantastic job on my full set, coffin shaped French manicure! She was super friendly & frequently made sure I was happy with the length, color, shape etc. 1 star deducted as when I arrived I was seated at a station with lots of traffic (right next to the hall & door). I was moved to a station in the back as I decided on a different form or manicure (dipping powder). Throughout my manicure, I did not see staff spraying down nor sanitizing chairs/ products/stations etc like I have seen at other nail salons. There was plexiglass partitions at each station partitioning clients. However this was not the same for staff or those waiting. Another star deducted as I also watched as a customer near me received eyelash extensions as well as a separate lady got her eye brows waxed. The staff member used the wooden wax stick that was previously sitting in the wax bowl, she waxed her client using the same stick (dipping it into the wax repeatedly), and then left the used stick on the side of the wax bowl (likely to be used again) I don't know the details for waxing but I would think once a product touches a client, it should not be double dipped or used multiple times again and again as a cross contamination issue may arrive. Also during the eye lash application the staff used tweezers and did not sanitize them before nor after the application processes. Just gave off a rushed & unclean vibe in my opinion. Also there was a sign was posted in the front lobby area that I read while waiting. Last line stated *no videotaping*, so I respected this regulation. I have been going to this place for years and they have progressively gotten worse with there service, they are all so rude and dont listen to anything that you want and just do there own thing, today i went in and just wanted a simple french tip and i even showed a picture. I told his i just wanted my nails to stay long and he then changed the shape and made them go all they down to my finger tips i asked him to fix them 3 times and he just kept doing the same thing over and over i also didn't get the original design i wanted because it 1 hour just to file my nails and i had to go... ridiculous. For this being my first visit, I can say that I liked the fat that when I walked in the door around 6 pm I was able to still be helped right away. It had been sooooo long since my last pedicure. And with being On the road for work, what better way to relax before grabbing a bite to eat. Clean atmosphere, the music they were playing was great. At the time they had 3 young guys working a 1 young lady. They close at 7 during the week. I chose to go with the $37 package just to give it a try. Was well worth it. They are also located in a pretty well visited shopping center. It was nice, because the guy assisting me during My visit asked if I would also be interested in a manicure. From my 2 years of going here I love it!! I've had many bad experiences with other nail salons and artists, but the people here are SO talented, the products they use are AMAZING quality, my acrylics last a little over a month without a fill but I would obviously recommend getting a fill after awhile. Services requested was a young kids mani. The next day the nail art and nail color peeled off! Upon arrival the next day for a repaint for me and a repair for my daughter my nails was said to have been lumpy and uneven because of my natural nail! Okay whatever! The owner was approached to repair my daughter nails but when she brought out the nail drill I whispered to my daughter than I hope that it didn't mess up her natural nail! I don't know what the owner heard but she flipped! Told me I didn't know what I was talking about and I didn't go to school for nails so what did I know?! Great manicure and very efficient! I stopped in on my lunch break to get a fill and gel manicure and they got me right in. From what they advised when I called, this place does not take appointments so I was hoping that they would not be busy when I arrived as I knew it is a walk in only salon. I checked in on their tablet, which was a bit wonky- it may need some maintenance. Next I checked out the selection of gel nail colors and WOW! What a selection!! I am unsure of the mans name that did my manicure but he was at table 7 and he was efficient and did a great job! The only thing I noticed that was different than I have ever seen in the hundreds of manicures I've had is he did not apply a base coat- so we will see how this holds up. I have always gone here to get my nails done. I try to go to the same person my nail person Tony is on vacation . So I went with Joy. Today I was very disappointed. I arrived early and there were people ahead of me for Joy I decided to wait but a worker came to me saying can she call you when she is finished like it was a problem that I was waiting . I felt like trash as if I wasn't good enough to wait. I was willing to wait but it seems like it was a problem. I have went here since I first started getting my nails done, I just went after over a year of not getting my nails done. Although the lady was nice, she kind of made me feel like I wasn't doing good enough for her because my hand movement was awkward. On top of that, when I asked for regular polish she sighed and said "they cost the same price" really loud... I felt so embarrassed to the point of tears. My nails have air bubbles, bumpy, misshapen, I have dried dripping acrylic underneath of my thumb nail that is connected to my skin, I assumed it would unstick to my nail after a day but it hasn't and is extremely painful. On top of all of that I literally had to sweep nails off the chair in order to sit. Well I won't go here again the girl could not understand that I wanted blue and red polka dots on two of my fingers and two toes she had to have a translator to tell her what I wanted and then the head person came up to me to make sure everything was ok which I did like but then she did my fingernails and cut my thumb nail with the dremel and then she was acting like she was pounding on the counter with her fist and saying no love here I think that's what she is saying and then she filed my skin next to 5 of my nails so I'm on my way to vacation and I have had to doctor my skin to take my finger pain away so this person is not a good nail tech in any way read more

This is has been my go-to place to get my nails done since the place opened, and usually I have pretty decent experiences, which is why I'm giving a 2/5 stars. Yesterday, I went to get a full set and they were very busy so I got sat with the owner, and she did my nails. Usually when I get her, she walks away for minutes at a time quite often, so I wasn't very excited. My nails looked great, but she rubbed my skin raw on almost all of my nails with the nail file. Not the electric one, but the normal ones. She made me bleed twice, and when I got home I noticed that on almost all of my other fingers I also had small cuts on the skin right beside my nails. I paid over 60 dollars for these nails, and usually you go to the nail salon to feel pampered, not to come home with burning cuts on your fingers that don't heal for days. I am so disappointed and I don't think I'm going to be coming back here ever again. It's really hard to get me upset, so I brushed it off when she made me bleed, but she didn't even offer me a discount for my nails. Really sucks. Don't mind my hands, I work with them. read more

They said they don't take reservations on the phone, and that there was currently no wait. We were ten minutes out and showed up to an absolute mad house. We waited over an hour for them to take the first person, and they took us one at a time. Meanwhile taking new walk-ins in between. The last person in our party wasn't seen for almost two hours. This is my second time coming here and it will be the last. $70 down the drain. I came in and checked in on the iPad as the owner asked as well as told her I wanted a fill, 2 clear nails applied and a brow wax. I requested Gigi bc last time she did my nails they were great and I wanted that same experience again. The owner told me go to table 10 and this guy sits down to my nails not Gigi. I was annoyed but I let it go when he said he'd been doing nails since 2015. I had to keep telling him I wanted 2 clear nails, in pink or blue like on the display up front b/c he kept forgetting and trying to just give me regular fill. Somehow he didn't understand that and thought I wanted a clear tip with another pink nail over it. I'm not sure why the owner would not only ignore my request, but pair me with a tech that didn't seem to know how to do clear nails well when that's what I came in asking for. There's beautiful pics on their page of clear nails so why not send me to someone who can do it well? The tech shaped the nails nicely and the rest of my nails look great but the clears look so bad it ruins it. You can even see a huge glue bubble through one and when I asked him about that he said when it dried you wouldn't be able to see it. He went to check me out and I had to ask again who's doing my brows bc I was there for that service too. He had to get the owner bc I guess no one bothered to check the iPad. I told her I wanted arched brows not round ones and she said yeah ok just lay back and gave me 2 uneven brows. One is tapered on the end, sight arch and the other is thicker and rounded not so much an arch. She was even so rude as to be on the phone while waxing them! Just poor customer service. My total came to $70 and I still tipped the tech bc he did the other nails well and he did try to do his best it just wasn't his expertise. I blame the owner more so for matching us. She should knows who's good at what and should want every customer to leave with work she'd be proud of especially when I was clear from the start with what I wanted. I did like the tech explained all the extra charges they tack on like it's extra to paint long nails. If you want basic nails nothing special this is the place for you. It seems to be a gamble whether you get great work or just mediocre. It's also more expensive to get a fill here; expect to spend $50 at the very least for a fill. Went in a group of 4, one person being a child. Two of us waited 40 minutes to start our pedicure, the other two waited 50 minutes. My four year old waited patiently and was very well behaved and ended up wanting to sit on her great grandmothers lap, because she noticed the kids chair was filthy. When they finally came to do her pedicure they refused to paint her toes with regular polish, she said we had to do gel, which costs more, because they said she wouldn't sit still and would get polish everywhere; even though she sat patiently for the past 50 minutes. I've been here many times, and the past few times have not been great. The owner is SUPER aggressive and it's almost like you're bullied into services you didn't ask for as she just gets louder,and louder anytime you ask simple questions. The last time i went i ended up with a huge gap between my nail & the actual acrylic... leading it to fall off. I'm glad nothing gross grew in between there. I just have had issue after issue the last few times and it's pretty disappointing. The salon itself is so nice & clean. It is beautiful in there. but the services are not great as the employees seem to be annoyed whenever they have to put down their phones & actually do someone's nails, and then they do it as quickly as possible and skimp on so many steps which definitely shows in the finished product. First when I was getting my feet done for the first time the lady doing my toes ignored everything that I asked for and even when I was asking for regular polish she told me I couldn't and I needed to do gel. She was way too quiet and never spoke up because talking in masks and talking through plexiglass is already hard enough. She rolled her eyes whenever I asked her to repeat herself. Second off when I was getting my fingers done I asked for a medium coffin shape so I could still work with them. He didn't do the right size. They are way too long and I asked to cut them a little shorter and he ignored it. I asked for a simple pink ombré and instead of ombré he taps it on so now my "ombré" has bubbles and isn't even pretty. It took over two hours just to get that done because the workers constantly left customers waiting. My friend recommended this shop to me because she has been to other locations and had great experiences. This is my first and last going to this location. Went for ombre french tips in dip powder, after an hour and a half of sitting through the process, my nails were terrible. There was nothing ombre about them. You could see specks of white powder and pink powder throughout all of my nail. It was very poorly done. I mentioned this on the Facebook page and was texted from the owner to please come back and they would redo my nails for free. I honestly didn't care to go back, but since the message was nice and I hate to not give a second chance, I went back about 1 week later. I went in, told them about the message I received, they brought me to a table and asked what I wanted. The tech said he couldn't do what I asked (a nude ombre nail the tips being gold) he was not comfortable to do something else, I had one other inspo pic on my phone, he loved it and said "yes let's do that one!" Okay cool, he filled my nail a bit, painted them nude and added some gems on the last 2 fingers. They wanted to charge $65 for them, I said no this was supposed to be free, the owner says "we never do anything for free" Surprised, I said okay well let me find the text message, I was told to come back for free. I showed her and she said "oh that means within 2 days I'd fix a broken nail." Uh what??? I told her that makes no sense as it was sent to me because the ombre look was terrible and nothing about broken nails or a timeline of 2 days was ever mentioned. This lady argued with me in front of customers and told me I should have mentioned the text to her before sitting down for a new design. She was nowhere to be found when I came in so I couldn't have done that, and I did tell the tech who seated me. She was still adamant about me paying for the whole thing because I didn't mention it to her and I didn't get the same dip powder design. I felt because I got gems on my nails this time, (even though my first design pick was turned down by the tech himself) I agreed to pay for them but everything else should be free. That was not good enough for her, she wanted to charge me for the fill, the gel polish and gems design. At this point I couldn't stay and try to explain my situation anymore and said I will pay for the gems and I won't ever be back. I ended up paying almost $40 after she said she would charge just $25 for the design. I didn't want to argue any further. This woman had no intention of fixing the problem for free and got ANOTHER near $40 from me after the first $65 that was terribly done. I do not recommend this place. Not because I was charged. But because the work they do is not good. The first and second time I was/am not happy with the quality of my nails. They rush through, do a lackluster job, and then charge $55-65 for very poorly done nails. They aren't clean or careful. I have blood around my cuticles from the drill bits. They don't push back cuticles or even ask you to wash your hands before getting started. I should've never went back. But was hoping to give a second chance in case it was just a flop or a bad day.
