She died a little piece of maroon in my hair which of course bled through this was a rookie mistake over $3000 worth of hair ruined by her putting a maroon piece of dye in my hair when she had maroon K tips that were ordered. It was just for Easter. I would never recommend they are now falling out because they were put in too tight. Warning Lauren did this. I'm not upset. I am shocked. I'm a professional that works for the state and I could never imagine walking into work like this. I told her several times do not die Any of my extensions ,is very important that you have a hairdresser that listens this did not happen!!! I only ask of the public to be aware of a community place like that if you're spending a lot of money on extensions pay the extra money go , OK for a haircut or you know hair dye with regular hair but extensions you have to really know what you're doing and she did not and I have to pay for it. Thousands of dollars which is not fair. please never get your extensions done by Sarah. From the minute I was seated in the chair I was made to feel that it was an inconvience for the staff that I walked through the door. The first words spoke to me were, " you have a lot of hair and you will be here for at least two hours for a cut and color." I replied confirming I understood it would take a while and that was ok with me. The employee looked frustrated as if she hoped I wouldn't have my hair done. She walks away, comes back and tells me we will have to do a strand test for coloring and that will take another hour. Once again I say that's ok. She leaves and comes back again. This time she tells me my hair looks to damaged and she can't do my hair. I leave in total disbelief regarding what just occurred. Point out period, she did not want to do my hair. In 15 years I have NEVER been treated this way at a salon. My hair is just beyond my shoulders and is in healthy condition. The reason I know this is because I scheduled another hair appointment at a different salon and I asked about the condition of my hair. The stylist told me your hair is in pretty good condition and just needed a trim. I got colored n cut as I always do and left another salon very happy. As a business owner I treat every customer as if they are the single most important person. Sorry for the long post but this salon needs revamped in regards to their staffing. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS SALON A DIME OF MY MONEY. Please take my post into consideration before choosing this salon.

You enter the building from the rear and go up to the second floor. They are fully handicapped accessible with elevator and ramps.
