Years ago, I had a superior cut at the Dino Palmieri Strongsville Salon, so thought I would try Summit Mall.. They could fit me in on my schedule, so that was a great start! The Receptionist even took the time to answer all my questions the week beforehand. Everyone at the Salon was extremely nice, and welcoming. Carli took the time to truly understand my hair and what I wanted. She was friendly, engaging and knew how to work with my hair. I am a fading redhead with thick wavy hair and that means the highlights have to be just right. It's no easy task. She did an excellent job!!! The results were perfect! The costs were a little higher than some, but it was worth it to be there on a Sunday and have that great Customer Service experience. I was so glad to find a skilled and friendly Stylist/ Salon with great hours and Service!!! I will be visiting again on a Sunday!

I drove up, walked inside and was impressed by the size of the studio! They also had a nice display of jewelry up. Pretty stuff. Unfortunately, I stood there for five minutes while none of the three employees greeted me. They all glanced up when I came in, but no one said "hey, just a sec, we'll be right with you"...nothing. Every step from highlights to wash to styling is comfortable. She'll make an extra effort to ask her clients if they see anything they want to change, or if explain how to recreate a look, or walk through the products needed. They also have refreshments and one time one of the employees added me to their breakfast order because they were ordering it to be delivered soon. It really feels like a tight-knit salon where everybody cares about each other. I also recently had my acrylic nails soaked off from a bad experience at a different salon, and Tera hooked me up and was able to salvage my nails.
