The only reason I am writing Sue Davis' name down is because I already have my haircuts scheduled for the next two years and you can't take them. HAHA!! She is amazing! As far as Studio 9 is concerned, (granted, I only spend a half hour a month there) I have NEVER heard a complaint while there. I haven't even heard a cross word. Each client seems to be enjoying being with their hair stylist, as it appears they've been with them for quite some time, based on how comfortable everyone is and the constant "see you again next time, (Name of Client)!" Whoever is working the front desk at the time is always personable, friendly, and helpful. They keep their area clean and they all seem to keep the whole place tidy. Coffee and treats are at the ready for those that want them as well. Just an overall wonderful place to go to relax for 30 minutes a month. More than worth the small price (My haircuts are cheaper here than other salons, so I happily make it up by tipping more! Sue always earns it.)!! read more

I got a balayage done by Linda Bang and I absolutely love the results. I came into the salon very nervous from my previous experience with my last hair stylist where my hair turned out very orange. Linda was a refreshing change. She is very professional, took a look at the couple photos I showed her of what I wanted and knew exactly what to do. She even styled/curled my hair at the end and showed me exactly how to style it the same when I get home. Which is a definite plus! Her prices are fair and you know what you're going to pay from the beginning, no surprises. I will definitely be returning to her for all of my hair needs! read more

Starting with the root touch up ending with my WHOLE HAIR COLOR changed. Makes me old, and skin looks darker. From Platinum blond to grayish white blond to yellow grayish hair Plus more Breakage, Hair Lose and Sensitive Scalp. The hair dresser Kimberly LaFleme was galloped through doing my hairs. She speeded up with bleaching my root twice, changing hair tones four times including the root and the rest of my hair, air dried three times with PULLING OUT of my hair because she is such rushing into it. Thanks for your so much work. Keeping blond for two years, this is the first time I got root touch up with changing hair color. All Of Them. Worst place ever. Right now I have no clue how to fix my hair color back. Really Really Upset. Refuse to going out of my house. She said she is doing her best. I truly believe that. I just have one thing to say, If you can not doing the hair job properly than I would suggest you should leave my hair alone. I appreciate it. read more

Never been to this salon before until last week. It's because the girl I've been going to for over 10 years has relocated to Studio 9. Linda is awesome with color. I've had her do everything you can think of...color, short hair, Brazilian Blowouts and even extensions! My daughter goes to her too for color (purple hair) and Brazilian blowouts. Her hair is super curly and Linda does a great job. She didn't change prices from Fringe. Same great service and pricing. Oh one thing I forgot to mention, she is super quick! I loathe getting my hair done cause of being in the chair so long! But it's not the case with Linda because she's fast. I'm in and out in no time! read more

I came to this salon because I have not been happy with other salons in the area. After reading the reviews and following some stylists on Instagram I thought I'd give it a try. Linda was nice but I feel like she didn't try to understand what I wanted. My hair looked much blonder at first (like I wanted it to) but when I got home I realized it was extremely yellow and not much blonder than it was when I went in at all. I was mortified by how yellow my hair was and used purple shampoo every day to tone down the brassines. I have chunks of yellow that aren't blended at all and she didn't touch my roots so the yellow blonde looks horrible against my cool brown roots. All in all, I don't think I'd go back. Everyone was very nice though and the salon was clean. read more

My wife has been going to the same hairdresser for years, she is wonderful; however we have found Studio 9 to be less than that. Appointment time was 11 AM, however when we arrived we were told it was 12:30. We asked why weren't we notified of the change (in a tone lacking Professionalism) we were notified a text had been sent. Numerous times they have been informed it is a Land Line, and one or two times we have received a call. After being informed of this there was an air of disgust coming from the girl that had sent the text... With the very busy schedule we have during the Holiday Season this caused a ripple effect through out the day. I was foolishly expecting an apology and a small financial remuneration or a product based gift (every business we have owned would have compensated for our mistake). This space is small and the appointment staff can be down right rude - we hope our hairdresser finds a new location soon! read more
