The stylist attempted to fix her work after we explained that we were unsatisfied by reapplying more tint. She then tried to use concealer to shape the brows but this is what we left with. Uneven, horrible, embarrassing brows on my 15 year old daughter. Once we got home, we noticed there were streaks of dye on the side of her face where the tint was sloppily wiped away. We scrubbed her brows a ton with oil based cleanser and I tried my best to shape her brows to even out the areas of the tint that we couldn't get off. I will say, the stylist was apologetic, after she argued that she went with her "natural shape". How is that her natural shape? We had agreed to a shaping service but the stylist couldn't figure out how to ring it up on the service ticket so she said she'd do a light cleanup though tried to argue that point that with me and said she would do the shaping and asked me not to tell because she'd get in trouble. I'm giving the review 4 stars despite how unsatisfied I am with the service but only because the manager on shift was so friendly and apologized tenfold and gave us a refund for the service m. If it weren't for her professionalism and positive attitude, I'd be leaving a 1 star review for sure.

Finally I just sat down after seeing my kids names on the list. 3 other people walked in and the staff immediately walked up to the desk, asked if they checked in online, (to which they all said no), and then immediately took them all back for haircuts. No one ever said hi, addressed us, or anything. It was like we were literally invisible. We got up and left. Every other one I've been to goes down the list and calls out names. If the person isn't there, they go to the next one or whoever is waiting next. It was absolutely bizarre.
