Years ago, I had a superior cut at the Dino Palmieri Strongsville Salon, so thought I would try Summit Mall.. They could fit me in on my schedule, so that was a great start! The Receptionist even took the time to answer all my questions the week beforehand. Everyone at the Salon was extremely nice, and welcoming. Carli took the time to truly understand my hair and what I wanted. She was friendly, engaging and knew how to work with my hair. I am a fading redhead with thick wavy hair and that means the highlights have to be just right. It's no easy task. She did an excellent job!!! The results were perfect! The costs were a little higher than some, but it was worth it to be there on a Sunday and have that great Customer Service experience. I was so glad to find a skilled and friendly Stylist/ Salon with great hours and Service!!! I will be visiting again on a Sunday!

Stacy has been doing my hair for years and it's as if she takes what I want to do right out of my head. She'll take time to talk me through her plan and my options. Every step from highlights to wash to styling is comfortable. She'll make an extra effort to ask her clients if they see anything they want to change, or if explain how to recreate a look, or walk through the products needed. They also have refreshments and one time one of the employees added me to their breakfast order because they were ordering it to be delivered soon. It really feels like a tight-knit salon where everybody cares about each other. I also recently had my acrylic nails soaked off from a bad experience at a different salon, and Tera hooked me up and was able to salvage my nails. I keep my hair short and spunky, so if something goes wrong, I usually don't have to wait very long until I can fix it. Like I said, I keep my hair short, so I don't really see how salons can justify charging me a ton of money to chop off less than an inch of hair. I found New Image after hours (no exaggeration) of searching on the web. Something about the way they portray themselves on their website really drew me in, so I called to make an appointment and they got me in the same day. My stylist was Michelle, and I knew pretty much right away that the experience would be perfect. She asked what I was interested in and I gave her a general idea of the hairstyles I like. We were on the same page right away. I told her that I like to give my stylists creative license to do what they think is best...they are trained to do the job, after all. Michelle carefully explained what she had in mind, and all systems were go. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was very friendly and personable. 30 minutes later, I left with one of the best haircuts I have had in a very long time. Michelle said that if within a week I notice any issues, I can come back in and have it fixed free of charge. Major bonus. The shampoo, cut, and dry normally costs $25, but with an online coupon from their website, I paid $22.40. Perfect price! I'm so relieved I've found a local salon and stylist I can count on. I have thousands of dollars if anybody knows about extensions with extensions , decided to maroon with the platinum blonde. She died a little piece of maroon in my hair which of course bled through this was a rookie mistake over $3000 worth of hair ruined by her putting a maroon piece of dye in my hair when she had maroon K tips that were ordered. It was just for Easter. I would never recommend they are now falling out because they were put in too tight. Warning Lauren did this. I'm not upset. I am shocked.
