Told by my stylist, Deb, after paying $220 plus 20% tip that I could go home and figure out how to style my hair. It was very busy in the salon, and she had 2 other clients waiting. I went home disappointed. No one asks you if you are happy with your service or how they could make it better. In addition, they had a new hire and let her work on my fine-textured hair with platinum bleach. They tried to cut my hair into an inverted bob, but it broke off due to the new hire leaving the bleach on for too long, it looked stringy. Needless to say, I am not returning. The salon tried to make me feel guilty for asking them to fix my hair. The salon asked me to pay for another haircut 2 weeks later, after I had already paid. I have been back 3 times for a service that was not completely rendered successfully. Now, my hair breaks off when I brush it. I know they can't glue hair back on my head, but the lack of empathy is sad. Another stylist at this salon burnt my scalp with bleach and left scabs on my scalp- Morgan. No apology for that either... My husband had to call them because I was crying. We women, go to the salon to feel good about ourselves, not to be ignored or made to feel insignificant by the staff, and pay them for doing this to us. I need to find a new salon that stays current on hair trends, education and customer service.
