After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. Most of the time I was there, she was talking to other stylists about her personal life and how she was so tired because she did some type of race and that she wished she hadn't had to work that day, when she realized that she made a complete mess of my hair, she continued to act like it was fine and that in a few weeks I would like it . When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made.

She took my payment over the phone and kept the gift certificate at the front desk so that my Mom could call, schedule, and come in to redeem at her convenience. They also have two online purchasing options that I didn't go with as calling and coming in was easier for my mother. She raved about the salon and her therapist Nikki; and since they offer so many services that are so convenient to book it's really simplified gift-giving from across the country for me!

The concept of in and out, no connection isn't a restful relaxing, take my mind off of mundane things atmostsphere. I can get that at any walk in or Supercuts, I mention that because the original owners of Supercuts were patients of mine and that isn't how they wanted treated. At Revamp I get the feeling every customer is focused on until they walk out the door. Some people love the disconnected service, but if I am going to pay $50-60 dollars for service then I want that service attention. I love going to Revamp and intend to try many of their other services especially the massage and facials.

Most bizarre way to treat someone with little boys who would potentially be a repeat customer. Your loss.

My grandmother has Alzheimer's and dementia, but dad has always talked so highly of how Molly handles grandma. I started taking my son to see Molly for his haircuts whenever we happen to be in town. She first cut his hair when he was about a year old. She's cut it a few times since then and he's 2 1/2 now. Like any toddler, he's squirmy and energetic. He's also always so nervous about the hair tools. But of all the people I've taken my son to for haircuts, Molly does such a wonderful job putting him at ease and cutting his hair. If you,as her client, are 15 minutes late she is charging you 50% of price and insists you rebook. Everything about my few experiences was negative. Prices are high -as if it's a high end experience but that couldn't be further from accurate. I absolutely would never recommend her to even my enemy.
