The one time I went there, there was a ring of (black)color all around my head. Being a stylist myself, I expect better than that(it's not rocket science to keep my skin from staining). This salon is so short-staffed, that they can't even bother to return a message(and when they do, they don't apologize, they just blame each other). The inside of the salon looks new, but from the outside it looks like a place my grandmother wouldn't even go into(I drove by it TWICE looking for it, because it was so run-down). If you really want quality hair care, and service with a smile(and a stellar cup of coffee), go across the street, and see ANYONE at Sheer Professionals. People come in from out of state for that place!

After showing pictures and going over it several times, the person that did my hair acted like they didn't care at all they completely got it wrong! She was very unprofessional. Most of the time I was there, she was talking to other stylists about her personal life and how she was so tired because she did some type of race and that she wished she hadn't had to work that day, when she realized that she made a complete mess of my hair, she continued to act like it was fine and that in a few weeks I would like it . When I told her I did not like it at all, she just started making excuses. I would never recommend the salon , and I honestly think that they really don't care about their customers or losing them . I left there completely unsatisfied and was charged full price. when they admitted that they completely got it wrong. . After I just really wanted to get out of there. I had to go to another salon the next day to have it fixed. I was never contacted again. They never apologized and they made it a point to tell me that they would be in communications with me to set up another appointment to help fix the problem that they made, because they couldn't finish it because they didn't have the time that day. I really think that it was poor customer service. I am just glad that I was able to find a salon that was able to help me and fix the problem that they made.

It's takes an amazing stylist to give a perfect haircut that the style stands up for 5 months. Trust me, I lived in the valley for 25 years and the stylist I used were supposedly the best of the best. Between 6 week trims my hair style didn't stand up this well. Iam counting the days until I can get my circumstances back to norm.... And get in there for my color and trim. Brandi is a rock star!!! My grandmother has Alzheimer's and dementia, but dad has always talked so highly of how Molly handles grandma. I started taking my son to see Molly for his haircuts whenever we happen to be in town. She first cut his hair when he was about a year old. She's cut it a few times since then and he's 2 1/2 now. Like any toddler, he's squirmy and energetic. He's also always so nervous about the hair tools. But of all the people I've taken my son to for haircuts, Molly does such a wonderful job putting him at ease and cutting his hair.
