Sara has years of coloring experience and she is very creative at placing color in the hair. She's a stylist and color artist! Salon Lofts is a cool place to go. Each stylist operates their own loft. The building is super clean and they are doing an excellent job of following COVID safety protocols. In addition to stylists and colorists their are also a couple of manicurists who also have their own lofts. Smile Direct also has a spot there too. Tip for finding this particular Salon Lofts--it's the one beside Whole Foods, not the one in Montrose. I highly recommend Sara! She's very professional and has a gift for coloring hair and styling it. Sara is also super nice and can do very unique styles.

I can't believe how kind and professional she is, even to someone who is new to the process and asks TONS of questions like me! She made sure I wasn't uncomfortable and that the sugar wasn't pulling on my skin. She gave me specific instructions to follow before my first appointment to help me be best prepared for the procedure. Her directions for exfoliation were thorough and clear; and this is a key step to having any hair removal procedure to avoid skin irritation and ingrown hair. I'm excited to keep going and see the hair growth diminish on my legs. I get horrible razor burn, so this has been the best thing for me. Christina is happy to help with any other skin questions I have, giving suggestions of things to avoid and things to try that I already have at home... Never trying to just upsell me, she has offered me a few samples to try before buying a full-sized product from their showroom. The Spa has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, as well. I did not want to pay an additional $750 for another treatment until I saw rests on my face. The laser treatment provided absolutely no improvement of the sun spots. Dr. Kooken stated she would touch up the spots if I proceeded with the laser treatment on my neck and chest. Dr. Kooken asked me how my recovery went. I told her there was no recovery. I did not experience any redness, swelling, or discomfort as discussed at the appointment. Dr. Kooken said that is very unusual. I am thinking the laser was set too low to provide any benefits. I also spoke with Maria, the practice manager, requesting a refund. I was told, "the bottom line is we are not refunding you".

I have called VIO three times since then and left a message for the manager with the receptionist and once on the machine. They DO NOT CALL ME BACK. I've been nothing but patient and kind and I don't appreciate being lied to. This is incredibly expensive procedure I do to minimize my melasma. But, it has to be done correctly. VIO is the only time I have had this done incorrectly and I have had MoXI at least 15 times at other places. You need to call me back and send the refund check. This is your last chance or I have to leave reviews like this and make a better business bureau complaint. Your choice. Do the right thing, Please return my call and send the check that was promised to me.
