I have thousands of dollars if anybody knows about extensions with extensions , decided to maroon with the platinum blonde. She died a little piece of maroon in my hair which of course bled through this was a rookie mistake over $3000 worth of hair ruined by her putting a maroon piece of dye in my hair when she had maroon K tips that were ordered. It was just for Easter. I would never recommend they are now falling out because they were put in too tight. Warning Lauren did this. I'm not upset. I am shocked. I'm a professional that works for the state and I could never imagine walking into work like this. I told her several times do not die Any of my extensions ,is very important that you have a hairdresser that listens this did not happen!!! I only ask of the public to be aware of a community place like that if you're spending a lot of money on extensions pay the extra money go , OK for a haircut or you know hair dye with regular hair but extensions you have to really know what you're doing and she did not and I have to pay for it. Thousands of dollars which is not fair. please never get your extensions done by Sarah. I'm in shock that she died a piece of my hair that bled through all my platinum blonde hair when I literally bought burgundy k tips , Why would you die a piece of them especially that color I feel like this was done very unfair. My Attorny will be contacting this company for the rookie move . And the K tips were put in so tight. They're literally falling out by the root !!!!!!! I don't ever want anyone else to have to go through this!! To say the least the I'm appalled! It's very important that the person that is doing this kind of upscale Work listens to what you want and actually knows what they're doing!

I appreciate her honesty when spotting splotchiness and removing to redo it, I hope it all settles right and her tips with barrier application really helped minimize darkness on the rough areas. And since I didn't schedule an appointment (they accept walk-ins) I will admit that that for being on a whim the staff really pulled through. However, I was not crazy about my stylist or the end result of my hair. I went in for a simple cut & dye but wound up with hair dye all over the side of my face, back of my neck & top of the scalp. Sadly, I didn't notice the residue until I went to a doctors appointment afterwards and he inquired what was wrong with my head... I just don't feel that leaving hair dye all over someone is professional. My stylist was nice though so customer service wise I cannot complain. When I went back to Clips the next day another employee fixed me up right away free of charge but I am still disappointed. I am really unhappy with the style of my cut and the over all color. Not to be mean, but I've tried great clips & other similar chain hair salons before & felt that I received the same quality at Clips. The result just didn't have that "wow" factor I had hoped for & it looks like I dyed my hair myself :/
