She recommended a pricier brand and one that is a bit cheaper which was really nice. She always reminded me that if it doesn't work, I can return anything within 30 days, even if it's been used. When I went to checkout, the cashier was also super kind. Throughout my time there, many different people asked if I needed anything which I really appreciated. The worker also told me about their annual sale that they are having at the end of the month and reminded me about their 30 day return policy which I didn't know that they had. Overall, I had a great experience at this Sephora and although they are in Kohls, they still have a big selection and carry just about everything a stand-alone location would.

Every time I wait 30 min or more even though I have a scheduled appointment. They do not seem to care how much a client is inconvenienced. My daughter and granddaughters have all come here for different services. They were good at one time. The service and timeliness of appointments are not respected. Not a place I would recommend.
