Everyone who works at the salon is incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming. The stylists are top notch and I had a phenomenal manicure and pedicure. She died a little piece of maroon in my hair which of course bled through this was a rookie mistake over $3000 worth of hair ruined by her putting a maroon piece of dye in my hair when she had maroon K tips that were ordered. It was just for Easter. I would never recommend they are now falling out because they were put in too tight. Warning Lauren did this. I'm not upset. I am shocked. I'm a professional that works for the state and I could never imagine walking into work like this. I told her several times do not die Any of my extensions ,is very important that you have a hairdresser that listens this did not happen!!! I only ask of the public to be aware of a community place like that if you're spending a lot of money on extensions pay the extra money go , OK for a haircut or you know hair dye with regular hair but extensions you have to really know what you're doing and she did not and I have to pay for it. Thousands of dollars which is not fair. please never get your extensions done by Sarah. I'm in shock that she died a piece of my hair that bled through all my platinum blonde hair when I literally bought burgundy k tips , Why would you die a piece of them especially that color I feel like this was done very unfair. My Attorny will be contacting this company for the rookie move . And the K tips were put in so tight. They're literally falling out by the root !!!!!!! Decided to take a chance and get a new 'do, taking my shoulder length hair to very short and add in a few highlights. Vanessa is the one who currently does my hair, and she is a rockstar. She's always patient in figuring out what works with my hair, and she's so fun to chat with. I've also seen Kaitlin if Vanessa isn't available, and she's equally great. I get my eyebrows waxed here as well and have seen a few different stylists who always leave me feeling confident. The entire vibe of this place is just super happy and positive. You can tell the stylists all care about their clients and each other. They do eyelash extensions here. I met the woman that does it. She was friendly and informational. They do painted nails and extensions. Robin does body waxing. Full body waxing for woman, waist and up for men. They have an electric vacuum that sucks up hair, very cool. The parking is in the rear. You enter the building from the rear and go up to the second floor. They are fully handicapped accessible with elevator and ramps.
