She had already run my card for the 16 plus a $3.50 tip and couldn't undo it. She told me that next time she would give me a $3 discount, but I am not sure if they will remember. Durga did a very good job on my eyebrow thread & tint. She fixed the shape for me when I asked & the tint was neat and natural.

Been to this place multiple times with good experiences, not sure who works Sundays specifically 7/27 - but my experience was horrific this day. I waited for over 30 minutes when one person was in front of me and the lady working had absolutely no sense of urgency. She was on the phone for 10+ minutes screaming at someone when checking out a customer. Then when I finally got my eyebrows done, the lady was questioning me several times on how to do them. I simply asked for an eyebrow clean up. She then HANDED ME THE SCISSORS TO TRIM MY OWN EYEBROWS WHEN IM PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE as if she was unsure how to do them. I then had to ask for Aloe because she did not even offer. My eye brows look uneven and I will not be returning to this place. read more

Just wanted to say I love this place. I come here every 3 weeks since I moved to Ohio about a year ago. Really cheap compared to most places and they do such an awesome job. Just know it's a popular place and sometimes there's a wait but the employees are overall quick. Don't forget to sign your name on the list located between the two chairs to be called on! The employees usually remind you to sign in but I often see people who don't realize they have to sign in until they're asked to. Terrible experience. It's located in an old office building so it's got a weird vibe inside. I specifically asked for my eyebrows not to be very dark (I have red hair) and they came out black. She did her best to take it off when she realized her mistake but it was too late. And my eyebrows were completely uneven which she attempted to fix and couldn't. I couldn't be more unhappy. Decided to try eyebrow threading and tinting for the first time. I walked in, was greeted, signed in & was seated right away. In minutes, my eyebrows were done & they looked great! The place I usually go to get my eyebrows done is closed on Sunday and I really needed to get my eyebrows done that day due to scheduling conflicts the rest of the week. I decided to try Eyebrow Threading "R" Us since it was the next nearest place to my house. Let me just say that it was well worth the 30 minute drive. Devi did a beautiful job with my eyebrows.
