It's only $25 but gas prices are so high that I find myself choosing to get a $1.00 gallon of water instead of the normal $3.49 pack of like 20. I have had a few of the wax specialists there and everyone has been very very nice and professional. They are understanding of last minute cancellations and are very accommodating to you schedule. They have products that they sell there as well, but I've never felt pressured to buy more than what I need from them. In fact, on my first time in the wax specialist told me that the length of hair was not long enough to wax and that the treatment would be uneven, so she rescheduled me for a week later instead of just doing the wax just because I was there. The store is clean and each room is private with a door that fully closes from top to bottoms. Their rooms aren't like stalls that could potentially make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to others, and I will continue to go back as well.

I spent a good time down in Columbus and was devastated by my return to Akron when I realized that I needed a haircut a couple of months after my move. I am extremely picky about my salons because my curly hair seems to have a mind of its own. So I thought I'd try Scott Talbot again. While I was in Columbus, Scott Talbot seemed to have grown too. They are much bigger than when I was in high school. I was scheduled with Tabitha and the fates must have brought us together because she can do things with my hair that no other hair stylist can. Not only is she awesome at hair, but she's beyond friendly and nice just like many of the other stylists I've encountered. Plus, as a regular Tabitha does free bang trims. I'm always extremely happy when I leave. I'm also always happy with the service as well. I can call and get in with Tabitha either that day or the next. They are so accommodating and as prices go I feel that I am getting more for my money (which is reasonable priced) at Scott Talbot than any other salon.

I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different! She put her fingers on my toes at least 3 times & had to remove the polish completely & start over. In the meantime, the owner had taken the polish to use on her next client, so I had to wait until she was finished with it. Seriously???? We had only been there about 40 minutes. Neither of our toes were dry 2 hours later after we went to Costco afterwards. I will NOT go again! EVER
