I have had a few of the wax specialists there and everyone has been very very nice and professional. They are understanding of last minute cancellations and are very accommodating to you schedule. They have products that they sell there as well, but I've never felt pressured to buy more than what I need from them. In fact, on my first time in the wax specialist told me that the length of hair was not long enough to wax and that the treatment would be uneven, so she rescheduled me for a week later instead of just doing the wax just because I was there. The store is clean and each room is private with a door that fully closes from top to bottoms. Their rooms aren't like stalls that could potentially make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to others, and I will continue to go back as well.

We were staying at the hotel so I had a massage on Friday and a facial on Saturday. The prices are extremely reasonable for the level of service provided. The facial included the bells and whistles that some spas don't provide. If you have experienced a facial where they put a mask on then leave you in the room for 20 minutes only to come back wipe off the cleanser and send you on your way- come to Toni for a facial that includes treatment on your feet, arms and shoulder massage and a facial that leaves your skin glowing! The professionalism and quality of the service I receive from Sarah at Love Beautiful Skin does not compare with the other spa services in all the high end spas I've visited. I'd like to add another comment about Sarah. She noticed a spot in my face a few months ago and suggested I get it checked by a Dermatologist. The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different! She's my Angel and I'm so very grateful to her not only for taking such good care of my Skin, but quite frankly she may have saved my life. Thank you Sarah
