He didn't order any pre surgery bloodwork or updated ultrasound so he was planning on doing surgery based on my last ultrasound that was over a year old. When I spoke to the scheduler she asked what day I wanted to come back to get the drain removed from my neck. Dr. Smith mentioned nothing about a drain. I was completely lost. When I spoke to the clinic director she didn't want to hear me out and defended Dr.Smith not explaining the procedure with since the scheduler did it was ok. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO.
