My dentist Dr. Dan Paulus is FANTASTIC a few years ago while making a bridge for me he found cancer in my mouth and thanks to Dr. Paulus I'm still here to write this review. If it wasn't for Dr. Paulus I would most likely be gone because this cancer spot didn't look like anything to worry about. Today I went in for a root canal and I'm still waiting for the pain to start and it's been a few hours since I left his office haha if it's like all the other visits I may not have any pain, that's why he is Painless Paulus.... If you're looking for a caring dentist who explains everything he is doing I recommend you set up an appointment ... The staff and everyone working here really seems to care about you... I had a root canal done and it wasn't bad at all. In and out quickly with very little pain. Very good hours. Open till 7 a couple nights a week and also open on Saturdays! They also give you a reminder call a couple days before your appointment.

I told him I would be willing to do dentures or definitely crowns anything to get my self confidence back he refused to do either and instead went through a few appointments of pulling filling and what they call sculpting" all for them to look no better esthetically than they did. I tried to bring up my concerns but he would just talk over me and ramble on with meaningless Analogies that did not hold any relivence to my situation. He just says he will have to Access what the next steps are the following appointments and never comes to any conclusion. He refuses to talk to you on the phone you have to have a appointment and pay him just to talk to him.

Was unable to address concerns with treating Dr or owning Dr due to missing appt and being dismissed from practice. I have concerns regarding competence of one of the Drs. The owner dr had no concern for what complaint might be so who knows if his associate (treating Dr) is incompetent or not. I requested MY patient records and informed them that I was recommending my family (ALL ADULTS) and others leave their practice as well- office personnel cancelled all upcoming appointments for my family and sought out my family members to inform them i had requested their records (not only complete LIES but also unethical). This particular staff member cut me off when i said "I can't believe the rudeness" to scream at me that she can't believe my rudeness and proceeded to hang up on me. When owner Dr finally got involved I was "warned" about "aggressive language and behavior" when I show up to pick up my records. I can only assume that his staff is responsible for this "warning" as they are the only persons he has spoken to regarding above mentioned situation. I give this practice ZERO stars!!!

I was especially appreciative of how pretty she made me feel by complimenting my outfit. She was kind without being patronizing and seemed to understand exactly what she was to do when she was to do it. I also liked how she worked with the other professionals. It seems like a real team is at work and everyone gets along so well. This is not always the case. The Dental Technician-"Bri" was also amazing. She fit and refit my implant impression until it looked and felt exactly like I want it. Let me tell you, they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Bri was so patient, gentle and skilled. She then had the Dentist double check her work to be certain it was exactly the "smile" it should be for my facial bone structure! My only issue for this visit, was the curt treatment from the office manager, Katarina .When I was asked how I was doing. I answered, "Not too good, Katarina, since my appointment was at 10 & I have been sitting in this chair for an hour". I was told that it was a busy day and that "Doc" was dealing with a difficult procedure & there were a lot of patients before me. She then turned around and left. I believe I deserved better treatment despite the situation. I also did not think her off -the- shoulder sweat shirt and jeans looked very appropriate for her position but then I am old. Also since I started this procedure 12 months ago I have seen 6 different dentists! At this center alone there have 3 different receptionist, Katarina being the rudest of all of them and 2 different Dental Asst who have been lovely. Where is Meagan? Where is that first receptionist who really did smile and welcome me when I came into Aspen? I just wonder now if my plan of care will truly be finished or once my implants are placed, I will be shoved out the door, with a "Good Riddance" since I paid for everything in advance!

My anxiety when it came to the dentist was horrible which lead me to let my teeth go. I came to Dr. Roth with probably 10 plus cavities. After my first appointment of just x-rays (knowing I need fillings and novocaine) I canceled and rescheduled so many times that no other dentist would have accepted me as a patient probably. Dr. Roth was patient and understanding. She's always kind and really takes time to know me and what's going on with my teeth. It's because of her that 11- months later I am CAVITY FREE But more than that I'm anxiety free! She deserves 10 stars. Thank you Dr. Roth I highly recommend (obviously) P.S. The office is very clean, and makes you feel comfy and at home. The receptionist always greets you with a welcoming smile. The dental rooms are located in front of large windows so there's plenty of natural light. The rooms are impeccably clean and they have the most up to date technology. Dr. Boss is knowledgeable, informative, friendly and very good at her job. The same can be said for her staff.
