When I walked in, I found it clean, well kept, and warmly decorated. Office staff is polite. There's complimentary coffee, but I never have enough time to sit in the waiting area. I'm usually checked-in and taken back to the dental chairs quickly. Dr Kleckner's hygienists are personable and friendly. I'm getting to know them by name, and recently one had a baby. I'm impressed with how they integrate technology into their dental exams and treatment. Very cool. Finally, Dr Joanna takes a look. She is very professional and confident in her abilities. She asks questions but not too many to make you feel awkward about trying to talk with tools and fingers in your mouth. A couple times I've had an issue, and she explained both preventative care and treatment options. She also let's me know that in the next 5+ years, I have a situation that will need addressed. I'm welcome to get second opinions or budget accordingly. Dr Kleckner has never been pushy about any treatments, so I don't feel pressured. She truly has the patients' best interest in mind, and recognizes that the patient makes the decisions for ongoing care. I recommend Dr Kleckner to my friends and family.
